Today I thought I'd share a simple card created with the gorgeous "Tree Trimmings Die". This die just cuts the boughs, branches and berries out so it's perfect for a shaker card!
For my card I die cut the shapes first from the "Scallops & Dots Die" rectangle, then I took some Hot Tub ink and inked up the surrounding wreath area. All the branched and leaves were then temporarily stuck down and randomly ink blended with Spruce, Skylight and Sage inks.
A piece of acetate was added to the back of the panel and all the leaves an branches were glued back into their spaces.
I die cut a piece of the red paper with polka dots from the new "Wrapped" 6x6 Paper Pack using the "Scallops & Dots Die".
I added a white panel on top of the red polka dot paper and added some "Vienna Sequins" on that panel and then placed the 3D foam backed wreath panel over the top.
To finish off the card, I stamped a simple sentiment from the "Holiday One Liners Sentiment" stamp set in Rockin' Red ink and added it to the front.
And a beautiful shaker card was born!
