Sweet Sentiment ~ Blue Beauty

Howdy and happy Monday all!

Today I'm sharing one of my cards featuring some of the brand new Sweet Sentiment November release stamp sets.

I began my card by taking that cool over-lapping squares stamp and creating a subtle grey back drop.

Next I stamped out the bloom pieces with Memento "Tuxedo Black" ink on to Sweet Sentiment Premium Coloring Paper and colored them in a vivid blue Copic Marker ink.

I just love how that bright blue sets off the sparkle built into the Premium Coloring Cardstock!

Chibitronics ~ Twinkle Little Star

Today I'm sharing a fun and EASY card tutorial where I make a sweet little Christmas star twinkle! I'm over on the Chibitronics YouTube channel sharing just how it was made!

Today I began my holiday card by printing out and coloring in my sweet little digital Christmas pixie scene that I creating using the darling little Christmas Pixies from Sweet November Stamps. I also printed a copy on simple white copy paper for preparing my circuit.

I took my light weight paper copy of the image and adhered it into place. Next I took my stencil from the "Craft Effect Sticker & Stencil" set and mapped out my entire circuit, including the Craft Effect Sticker. There are 4 effect stickers in this cool collection. Each sticker makes your light stickers do a different thing. There is a Twinkle, Fade, Blink and Heartbeat sticker included. 

The red lines indicate the POSITIVE side of the circuit and the green lines indicate the NEGATIVE side of the circuit.

Next I laid down the "Conductive Fabric Tape" for the negative side of the circuit. I always start my tape under the battery area so my circuit begins with contact on the underside of my batteries. Then I lay down the tape for the positive side of the circuit. I always begin this side of the circuit by creating a flap that is wrapped with "Conductive Fabric Tape" on the underside of so it makes contact with my batteries first.

Next I apply my LED Light Stickers and my "Craft Effect Sticker" to my paper circuit. I used 2 yellow LED Light Stickers from the "Red/Yellow/Blue Mega" pack of stickers. Yellow light stickers can also be found in the "Lights Mega Sample" pack where you can get all 6 of our colored lights.

And finally, you have to check out that circuit and see that star twinkle and shine! The Craft Effect sticker just makes this card extra special!

Sweet November Stamps ~ Extra Special Christmas Pixies

Happy weekend everyone!  Today I'm sharing fun card featuring our November Vault digital release stamp sets from Sweet November Stamps!  These beautiful images are from a previously released clear stamp set and have now returned as digital downloads.  All of the newly released images can be found and are linked below.

Today's card features the sweet little Christmas Pixies "Beth", "Chrissy" and "Twilla".  To set the scene I also used the digital "North Pole Friends: Background" and used the present image from the collection.

Three Room Studio ~ HOWL-ppy Birthday!

Happy Saturday everyone!  It's time for another fun Saturday Challenge for Three Room Studio.

This week our challenge is to create a BIRTHDAY card.

Today's cute card features the "Deck the Howls" digital stamp set.  This stamp set has some cute little puppies in it and they are either wearing sweaters or not!  I just adore this super darling group of howlers for my birthday card!

To create the background for my pups, I used the "Sparkly Stars Stencil" and a soft  palette of Catherine Pooler inks!  So simple but perfect for my puppies!

Sweet Sentiment ~ November Release is Here!

Welcome to the November release for Sweet Sentiment!

This month's release is jam packed full of wonderful projects and has lots of cool masculine inspiration too!

Let's start with the adorable new "Handyman" stamp set!  This sweet stamp set features 3 female and 1 male handymen.  Each individual is featured doing something DIY!  Plus this stamp has lots of cool sentiments and logo type images.  This set also has an accompanying outline slice die too, here.

For my card today, I stamped out little masculine carpenter and colored him with Copic Markers.  Then I paper pieced on a sweet little tartan jacket for him to wear.  I placed him as my "I" in the "DIY" aspect of my card and added him to a tartan and circuit embossed background.

Our release this month is mostly construction themed products, so there are a variety of fun stamp sets with coordinating slice dies to suit your fancy!  Plus there's as a new stencil called "Caution Tape Stencil" that would suit these themes perfectly.  Everything from this release is shown down below!

Well we can't forget the floral side of things this month too!  We have abrand new 3D floral stamp and die set for you too this month!

Meet... "Peccable Primrose"!  This stunning stamp set features a 2 piece primrose image, a variety of leaf shapes, a few buds and some beautiful sentiments too!

With flowers, I always love to search the web for cool species of cool looking blooms.  I found this one bright pink primrose that had variegated petals with darker pink strips so I attempted to mimic that with today's card!

I just love how they came out!

Sweet November Stamps ~ Sweet Christmas Fairies

Happy Thursday!  Today I'm sharing another fun card featuring new Winter release stamp sets from Sweet November Stamps! 

Today's card features the adorable "Sweet Christmas Fairies" stamp set.  This delightful 4x6 stamp set contains 4 little fairies and 6 little tasty candy images.

For my card I first stamped all the images that I wanted to stand out in front.  So I stamped the little cupcake, the fairy with the meringue cookie and the fairy with the tall, thin wrapped candy.  I created and applied masks to all of those images and stamped the fairy with the chocolate, the pinstriped candy, the meringue and the single chocolate.  I created masks for all of those items and then stamped the single point perspective flooring from the "Background Builder: Simple Room" stamp set.

Before removing my masks, I masked off the entire floor and used a cute little brick wall stencil and add my different brown and red-brown inks for my bricks.  I then took my Copic airbrush system and added some brown speckles across the entire brick wall.

Next I colored in all my wood floor and darling little fairies and the wares using Copic Markers.

You are going to love all these sweet little fairies.  PLUS... they don't have to be Christmas fairies, they could be used for any type of card: birthday, hello and just a simple, "just because" card!

Sweet November Stamps ~ Baby 'Bominable

Happy Wednesday!  Today I'm sharing another fun card featuring new Winter release stamp sets from Sweet November Stamps! 

Today's card features the "Baby 'Bominable" stamp set!  This fab stamp set features 3 adorable baby abominable snowmen, one cute moose, snowy foot steps and some great sentiments.

I started by stamping my little moose fella , some stars in his antlers, some snowy footprints and the card's greeting.

I masked off my moose and then used my Copic airbrush system to create a red glow around my critter.  You know, something different from a sky color!

I colored my little fella in with Copic markers, adding a little fur detail with a white gel pen and then trimmed my panel with my Tonic Decal Trimmer to get a uneven, torn looking edge.

 

I matted everything with a fun candy-can paper and my card was complete!

Sweet November Stamps ~ Snow Angels

Happy Tuesday!  Today I'm sharing another fun card featuring new Winter release stamp sets from Sweet November Stamps! 

Today's card features the adorable little angels from the new "Snow Angels" clear stamp set.  This is a beautiful 6x8 stamp collection features 4 cutie angels all decked out in winter garb, some sweet little birdies, some cool prospective tree trucks, tree branches and a cute owl too!

I began by stamping out my two little girls and my branch using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  Then I masked off the 1/2" border around the outside of the scene.  I then masked off my branch and angels so I could use my Copic airbrush system to color in the sky and snow.

Then I colored in all the little angels and birds with Copic Markers.  I knew I just had to deck them out in purple dresses and jackets!  So cute!

For the snow on my branch, I added a little bit of Comic Shimmer - Fluffy Stuff.  It makes for great 3D snow!

A sweet little sentiment completed my card!

Stamp Anniething ~ Be Merry & Bright

Happy Tuesday everyone!  I'm here with a fun new Stamp Anniething card creation for this month!

Today's card features the adorable "Melanie with Ornaments" digital stamp set!  Isn't she cute?!?!

I colored her up with some fun Copic Markers, added some White Gel Pen accents and some glitter pen on all her pink outfit.

I also cut out my panel with the fun scalloped rectangle die from the "Card Mat Die" set and added it to some green stripped paper from the "Spring Suprise" 6x6 patterned paper pack.

I had a blast coloring her up!

Sweet November Stamps ~ Elegant Reindeer

 

Happy Sunday!  Today I'm sharing another fun card featuring Sweet November Stamps! 

Today I'm using the amazing "Elegant Reindeer" stamp set.  This stamp set features 3 elegant reindeer, some ornaments, a little cardinal and 3 beautiful sentiments.  I also used the cool "Horizon Lines: Winter Wonderland" to create the scene for my reindeer.

I kept my scene simple and snowy today by coloring my card panel with light, soft Copic colors.

Sweet November Stamps ~ Season's Tweetings

 

Happy Tuesday all! 

Today I'm sharing a snowy creation featuring previously release Winter stamps from the beautiful company, Sweet November Stamps.

Today's card features the adorable little adorned birdies from the "Bundle Up" stamp set and the cool scene builder elements from the "Horizon Lines: Alpine" stamp sets.

I began my card by stamping my little birdie first.   Then I masked him off and stamped my first pine tree horizon line and then my second horizon line.  I removed my mask and began coloring using my Copic Markers.

To add some of the feather details, I pulled out my White Gel Pen and added some once everything was colored.  I also used some Cosmic Shimmer "Fluffy Stuff" to add snow on my pine trees and around my snowy scene.
