Well I can now spill my super cool news... I was asked a few months ago by Melanie Muenchinger who is a stamp designer and illustrator for my favourite rubber stamp company, "Gina K. Designs", to be her guest designer for her December stamp reveal.

I received Melanie's latest and most heartfelt new stamp set called "Hand-in-Hand".

I will be featured with 5 cards on Melanie's blog in the next few weeks using this gorgeous stamp set. So make sure to check out her blog for card creations!

You can see my first card made using the set on my blog here.

I also received TWO emails from BasicGrey and they picked up both the Christmas card below (using Melanie's new stamp set!!!) and also the page "T'was the Night Before Christmas" below as well! Cool eh?

I'd better be off! I'm still on "Mountain Time" but it's almost 11pm here in Ontario. Hope you're having a fabulous holiday so far!

T'was the night before Christmas...

I made this cute layout from all the pictures I took earlier today. It's all about our tradition on pajamas and now our new tradition of a new book on Xmas Eve.

I used the awesome sketch by Tanya from the site Journaling Junkie for their December Challenge (#47).

12 Days of Christmas Cards Contest

Starting Monday Dec. 1st, Mon Ame Memories will be having a contest. As part of the DT, we have all been hard at work coming up with some very fun challenges for everyone. Each day there will be a new card challenge. They won't be difficult ones I promise you. Card challenges will be posted and you will have a certain amount of time to complete them. You will have at least 24 hrs to complete them. And it is only one card so you should be able to complete it with no problem.

After the 12 days we will draw a winner for a prize from Mon Ame Memories.

For every card you complete you will get a ticket. You must complete at least 4 card challenges to be able to win the grand prize. But of course, the more you complete the more tickets you get in the hat. If you complete all 12 of the card challenges, you will get 5 bonus tickets. The winner will be chosen by random draw.

This is a great way to get some last minute Christmas cards mailed out. And because the contest ends on the 12th of December, you will still have plenty of time to get them out in the mail in time for Christmas delivery.

We hope you will join us for this fun contest!!!

A New Scrappy Community for Me!

I am happy to announce that I have been asked to join the awesome scrappy community "A Page in Time Scrapbook" as one of their newest design team members... mainly their new sketch designer!! I am thrilled to get to work with these super creative ladies!

Their kits are extremely cool! In one kit, you get 3 different kit sets... enough paper and embellies to create 3 double page spreads with lots of scraps left over.

The three kits featured for November are stunning:

Crate Paper - Prudence

Fancy Pants Designs - Fall

Pink Paislee - Vintage Moon

They also have the option of adding matching cardstock to your kit purchase that match all the papers.

I can't wait to get to work with the December kit. I'll be sure to share it with all of you!
Happy Tuesday!
