There’s a little bit of magic in the air with the brand new “Sweet Sorceresses” digital stamp collection from Sweet November Stamps! This enchanting new release features four adorable little witches, each with her own unique personality and ready for all kinds of Fall and Halloween crafting.
For my card today, I chose the sweet “Lo” witch and paired her with the cutest little kitty companion. I wanted to create a soft, whimsical nighttime scene. To begin my card, I created masks for both Lo and her kitty. I also masked off a large cloud-covered moon in the background before pulling out a cloud-edged stencil and my Copic Airbrush System. Using some spooky shades of purple and pink, I airbrushed layers of fluffy clouds across the sky, leaving that beautiful glowing moon shining behind them.
Once all of the masks were removed, it was time for my favorite part—coloring! I used my Copic Markers to bring Lo, her wonderfully purple witchy outfit, her broom, and that wonderfully scruffy little black kitty to life. I kept the whole scene filled with purples, pinks and a few touches of warm Fall color to coordinate with the dreamy background. The “Wishing You a Meow-gical Birthday!” sentiment was the perfect finishing touch for this magical little duo!
