Happy Tuesday! Today's card creation is for the fabulous Craft Roulette show!

So the four parameters that wheel spit out this week were:

So for my card today, I used my "ink drops" as my "Mini Drop Down" element.  I was inspired by some yummy patterned paper from my stash plus my 3 layers included the 3 layers of flowers on the card front.

I used the Altenew "Fairy Tale Stamps and Stencils" for this card and lots of fun Catherine Pooler inks.  So much fun to create!

Hope you'll come and join us for the next episode!

Sweet November Stamps ~ SN Gal Avril

Happy Saturday all!

Today I'm featuring another fun clear stamp from the brand new Sweet November Stamps release.

This little sweetheart is the "SN Gal Avril" and she's dressed all for a rainy Spring day.

For my gal, I stamped her out in Memento "Tuxedo Black" ink and then colored her up with some fun and bright Copic Markers.

For the sentiment, I used the "Enjoy the little moments" also from the new "Little Moments" stamp set.  I used some Versamark ink to ink up the greeting and added gold embossing powder to give that shine.

I fussy cut her out and added it her to a piece of the cool alcohol inked looking patterned paper from Craft Consortium.

Thanks for checking out my card today!

Don't forget to check out all the fun new Spring inspired clear stamp sets available in the Sweet November Stamps shop.

Have a fun weekend!

Catherine Pooler Designs ~ Best Wishes Bunny

TGIF!  This has been a LOONNNGGG week!  Moving houses is not fun!

Today I'm playing along with the newest Weekend Challenge over at StampNation.

What's StampNation you say?

StampNation is a place to share your love of stamping, to learn and hone your skills with quality Master Classes and tutorials and to learn alongside fellow stampers of all abilities. To ask your questions, share your struggles and grow you paper crafting skills with members who get IT. Who get YOU.

There are several options to become a StampNation member...

This weekend the challenge is to create a card or project with the colors BLACK & WHITE but add a pop of color!

So I started my card by stamping all kinds of florals and greenery from the "Fresh Picked Florals" stamp set in Midnight ink with few spots of Twilight ink.  I masked off pieces as needed.  Then I added the sweet little peeking bunny from the "Peeps & Hops" stamp set.  I colored all the florals in Cool Grey Copics and then the bunny in browns.

To finish off the card, I stamped the Best Wishes greeting from the "Every Occasion Sentiments" stamp set.

Then I die cut the whole panel using my favorite shape die called "Scallops & Dots Dies".

To finish off the panel I backed the panel with a piece of "Stroke of Midnight" patterned papers.

Chibitronics ~ A Foxy Fire / A Simple Circuit

Happy Friday!  Today I'm sharing a fun interactive card (my favorite kind of card to make)!

Today's card features the cool "Craft with Lights ~ White" kit by Chibitronics.

The Craft with Lights Kits are offered in two kinds of kits; one with White LED Light Stickers and another with 6 Colored LED Light Stickers (red, blue, yellow, pink, green, orange).  Each kit also contains 1 roll of Conductive Fabric Tape, 2 Coin Batteries and a Tape Tag.

To begin today's card, I stamped the adorable scene using the Magengo Designs stamp set, "Our Memories".  I colored the entire scene using Copic Markers.

While stamping, I also stamped a lighter version of the campfire on the inside of my card.  This helps with positioning my LED Light Stickers for the circuit.

Next I mapped out my simple circuit.  I used the handy Craft Stencil to make this job easy!  I have an area for the battery, the white LED Light Sticker and the positive (shown in red) and negative (shown in blue) sides of the circuit.

Next I laid down the Fabric Conductive Tape for the negative side of the circuit from under the battery to the top of the LED Light Sticker.

Then I created a flap to overlap the single coin battery.  The Conductive Fabric Tape was wrapped around this flap so the tape touches the top of the battery.  The tape was continued to make contact with the bottom of the Light Sticker.

Finally, I added the single White LED Light Sticker.  So simple!

Now, let's check out the lit up card...

A super cute, light up birthday card is complete!

I hope you'll give these amazing products a try!  They're SO easy to use!

Catherine Pooler Designs ~ Sweeter Than Maple Syrup

Happy Hump Day!   Today I'm sharing a fun card I made today using the fun "O Canada" Bundle from Catherine Pooler Designs.

I began today's card by stamping out the sweet little beaver, trees and maple syrup container from the "O Canada" stamp set and die cut them out.

I die cut out some cloud shapes using the "April Showers Dies" from the Moose Crossings patterned papers.

I die cut out the stitched frame the "Notecard Frame & Tag Dies" and backed it with some foam tape and that fun patterned paper.

I added foam tape behind the beaver, maple syrup and fun clouds to make a scene.  And of course, that sweet sentiment was added too!

Sweet November Stamps ~ Fairy Hair

I have more Spring inspiration using the clear stamps release  for Sweet November Stamps!

This release is jam packed full of super cute new Spring themed stamps!  You're gunna want it all!

Today's card features one of the adorable fairies from "Fairy Hair".

To create this card I first stamped our little sparkle fairy on to my cardstock and then created a mask for her.  I also chose to mask the outer edges of the card piece with a deckle edge.  Then I used my Copic air brush system to create a dappled purple back drop for her.

Once that background was finished, I peeled off the mask and colored her using Copic Markers.  I kept my color scheme light and Springy!  I even added some wisps of fairy dust!

Make sure you check out all the amazing clear stamp sets from this release.  I know there will be something you'll love!

Have a great Tuesday!

Sweet November Stamps ~ Foxy Frolics!

I have more Spring clear stamps release cards for Sweet November Stamps!

This release is jam packed full of cute new Spring inspired stamps!  You're gunna want it all!

Today's card features the adorable little foxes from the "Little Moments" clear stamp set.  This stamp set is jam packed full of adorable animals including some rabbits, hedgehogs, quails, chicks, butterflies and even more fun forest scenery.

I chose to use the pair of foxes.  The stamps are actually two separate foxes but I masked off the Momma fox and wrapped her baby in her tail so they were nose to nose!

So sweet right?!  This image was so fun to color too!  Lots of layers and texture were created with lots of Copic Makers and even some Polchromos Pencils.

For today's card, I'm also sharing how I colored in my Momma fox over on YouTube.  You can click the image below or CLICK HERE to see the video.

Make sure you check out all the new clear stamps over at Sweet November Stamps!

Hope you have a wonderful remainder of the weekend!

Catherine Pooler Designs ~ O' Canada!

Coming on Wednesday this week, Catherine Pooler Designs is releasing a fun new collection, "Global Adventure: Part Tres"!

Today I'm sharing a fun creation featuring some of the fun products being released on Wednesday in the CP shop from the "O Canada Bundle".

The O Canada Bundle includes:

  • O Canada Stamps & Dies
  • Forever Maple Stencil
  • Forever Maple Dies
  • Moose Crossing Patterned Paper
  • Yukon Sequin Mix

So many fun products!

Today's card features a cool background where I inked up the piece of cardstock with Fiesta Blue, Something Borrowed and Suede Shoes inks.  Then I placed the new "Forever Maple Stencil" over top and misted the stencil with water.  This activates the blue inks and lightens them.

Then I stamped out the adorable Canadian icons in the "O Canada" stamp set; the beaver, the hockey stick and puck and the sweet little maple leaf.  I used lots of fun inks and I used my CP blending brushes to help shade everything.  To add a little more shading I used my Polychromos Pencils to add some eyebrows and cheeks. I die cut everything using their coordinating dies, "O Canada Dies".

I adhered my icons to a cute little tag die cut from the "Notecard Frame & Tag Dies" and I stitched on piece of cute plaid paper from the new "Moose Crossings" patterned paper pack.

To finish off my card, I die cut the "Oh Yeah" word from the "Oh So Good Word Die" set and adhered that to the front.

Don't forget to check out my blog for another fun card coming using this cute Canadian bundle.

Have a great day!

I'm starting with the adorable new "Mirri" stamp set.   This sweet stamp set includes are darlin' little Mirri with a cute ladybug and 2 blooms and a fun sentiment.

For my card I began by stamping and masking out little "Mirri" using Memento "Rich Cocoa" ink.  then I added some bushes , also from one of newly releasing stamp sets, "Horizontal Lines: Spring in Bloom" stamp sets.  I also added a little robin on the top of her head, also included in the Spring in Bloom stamp set.  I masked them all off too.

Next I took my Copic airbrush and brushed in my blue sky, leaving some white gabs to indicate fluffy white clouds.

Then I removed all of my masks and colored up the entire scene with Copic Markers.

A simple sentiment from the "Mirri" stamp set and she was done!

Three Room Studio ~ Sharky Shaker

Happy Saturday everyone!  It's time for another fun Saturday Challenge for Three Room Studio.

This week our challenge is to create a card that includes an ANIMAL.

For today's card I stamped all the cute and adorable sea creatures and seashells from both the "Welcome Little One" and "Mermaid at Heart" stamp sets onto a blue piece of cardstock using blue ink.  I splattered the panel with gold paint and die cut it with a scalloped edges rectangle.

Then I stamped the sweet little shark from the "Welcome Little One" again in blue ink and colored him up with blue Copic Markers.  I fussy cut him out and added him to the outside of a tiny oval shaker element filled with blue and gold sequins.

To finish off the card I gold heat embossed on the sentiment "Dream Big" from the "Welcome Little One" stamp set and added it in a banner style under the little shark shaker.

A touch of gold cardstock frame and the card is complete!

Now, check out my fellow Design Team members...

Now it's your turn!!  Check out all the details on the Three Room Studio blog on how you can join along!

Good luck!

Sweet November Stamps ~ Galentine Fairy

Happy Tuesday all!  Today I'm sharing one of the Sweet November Stamps final "Galentine Fairies" that I forgot to share last month.

For today's card I used a few different digital images to accompany my fairy "Thandie". I also used a few pieces of the "Spring is Back: Background Builder" digi stamp set.

Everything on the card has been colored using Copic Markers.  I just love all the vibrant greens!

There's nothing cuter than a fairy and her furry friend!

Thanks for stopping by!
