Hang Loose Birthday Vibes with the New "Give Me a Sign" Collection!

There's a brand-new crew of cuties arriving at Sweet November Stamps this Saturday, and they're bringing all the personality! The new "Give Me a Sign" digital collection features six adorable little friends, each showing off a fun, expressive gesture that's perfect for celebrating friendships, birthdays, encouragement, and so much more.

For today's card, I couldn't resist using "Shaka Brah." That huge smile and classic shaka hand sign instantly made me think of my nephew, so this became his 11th birthday card!

To create a tropical backdrop worthy of his laid-back vibe, I masked off the image before stamping the palm fronds from the "Aloha Wees" clear stamp set all around him. The leafy frame really helps draw your eye to that happy face while adding fun island vibes. Everything was colored with Copic Markers, and I finished the scene with a warm sunny glow behind him. The bright blue patterned paper ties everything together and keeps the card feeling cheerful and full of summer energy.

Whether you're making birthday cards, sending a little encouragement, or just sharing a smile, the "Give Me a Sign" collection is packed with personality and so much fun to color.

The entire "Give Me a Sign" crew is now available to download from the Sweet November Stamps shop. I can't wait to see which expressive little friend becomes your favorite!

Happy crafting! 💙🌴

Sweet Summer Birthday Wishes | Craft Roulette Episode #324

Hello crafty friends!

Today I’m sharing a sweet birthday easel card that I created for Craft Roulette Episode #324! This week's parameters were such a fun combination:

  • Project: Easel Card
  • Colors: Craft Store Colors
  • Element: Table
  • Random: Add a Bug(s) or Insect(s)

For my card, I reached for the adorable Summer Celebrations: Popsicle digital stamp collection from Sweet November Stamps. I used the sweet little girl enjoying her popsicle along with the picnic table image to create a cheerful summertime scene. To satisfy the "bug or insect" parameter, I added the cute butterfly from Flight of the Fairies: Audrey & Hugo, fluttering overhead and bringing a little extra whimsy to the design.

Everything was colored with Copic Markers, one of my favorite ways to bring these darling images to life. After coloring, I carefully masked all of the images and used my Copic Airbrush System to create a soft sky and grassy background. The gentle airbrushed layers help keep the focus on the sweet image while adding depth and a sunny summer feel to the scene.

For the easel card design, I kept the layout clean and simple so the image could take center stage. A soft patterned lavender mat frames the scene beautifully, while a few sparkling embellishments add just the right amount of birthday shine.

I love how perfectly this card fit all four Craft Roulette parameters while still feeling light, playful, and full of summer charm. The little girl enjoying a cool popsicle on a warm day makes me smile every time I look at it!

Thanks so much for stopping by today. I hope this card inspires you to pull out your favorite summer-themed images and create something fun for your next crafty challenge.

Happy crafting! 💜

Lighting Up the Night with Summer Celebrations

Hello crafty friends!

Today I’m sharing a card featuring some of the adorable images from the new Sweet November Stamps Summer Celebrations digital release! This cheerful scene combines elements from several sets to create a magical summer evening filled with friendship, fireworks, and fun memories.

For my focal point, I used the sweet kiddos and colorful fireworks from the Light Show collection. I just love the perspective of these two friends sitting together and watching the fireworks dance across the night sky. To give them the perfect place to enjoy the show, I added the picnic table from the Popsicles collection.

I colored everything with Copic Markers, building a deep twilight sky that allows all of those bright fireworks to really shine. The vibrant reds, yellows, greens, blues, and purples create a spectacular display against the dark background, while the warm tones on the children help draw the eye to the focal point of the scene.

To finish the card, I added the sentiment "You Brighten My Day!" on a simple banner die cut. It felt like the perfect greeting to complement the joyful fireworks and the heartwarming friendship captured in the image.

I love how this card celebrates those special summer moments—sitting outside with friends, watching fireworks light up the sky, and making memories that last long after the show is over.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Be sure to check out the entire Summer Celebrations release from Sweet November Stamps for even more adorable images perfect for all your summertime crafting.

Happy coloring! ✨🎆🎇

Under the Sea Birthday Wishes for Craft Roulette #371

Hello crafty friends!

I’m back today sharing my latest card inspired by this week’s episode of Craft Roulette Episode #371! The parameters for this challenge were:

  • Project: A9 Card (5 1/2" x 8 1/2")
  • Colors: Florist Shop Colors
  • Element: Birthday(s)
  • Random: Something from my MESK (messy desk!)

For my A9 creation, I dove deep under the sea with three adorable Sweet November Stamps digi mermaids: “Goldie Love,” “Turtle Kisses,” and “Otterly Fun.” I absolutely love how each little scene flows together to create one tall whimsical underwater birthday card!

To bring the ocean setting to life, I colored all of the images using my trusty Copic Markers. I then used my Copic Airbrush System to create the soft blended ocean background. The bright aqua tones paired perfectly with the vibrant mermaid tails and flowing hair — definitely fitting those “florist shop colors” from this week’s challenge prompt.

For the birthday element, I kept things simple with a flowing script sentiment that tucks nicely into the design without taking away from the mermaids.

And for the random “something from my MESK” parameter? I reached for some enamel dots from Catherine Pooler Designs that were sitting on my desk waiting to be used! They added the perfect little bubbly finishing touch to the underwater scene.

This card was such a fun way to combine multiple digi images into one colorful interactive-looking scene. Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Spring Woodland Easter Treat Bags 🐿️🌸 ~ Sweet November Stamps

Hello crafty friends!

Today I’m sharing a fun little project that was an absolute joy to create—these sweet Easter treat bags featuring the brand new “Spring Woodland” digital collection from Sweet November Stamps!

This adorable release includes 5 mini bundles filled with springtime charm. You’ll find 9 different critters holding Spring flower bouquets, a darling little girl with her feathered friend, and even a scene-building background image to help bring all your creations to life.

For my project, I decided to step a little outside of cards and create Easter treat bags for my co-workers. I made six in total, each one filled with goodies and topped with a custom tag featuring one of these precious woodland critters.

I started by printing and coloring each of the critters using my Copic Markers—you know how much I love bringing these images to life with soft shading and bright, cheerful colors! Once they were finished, I die cut them into tag shapes and added a subtle bit of ink blending to ground the images.

Each tag was attached to a whimsical gift bag, and I finished them off with a little sparkly pipe-cleaner for that extra touch. The names have been blurred for privacy, but each bag was personalized for its recipient, making them feel even more special.

I just love how these turned out—these little critters are full of personality and perfect for Easter treats, springtime gifts, or even cardmaking. The versatility of this collection makes it such a great addition to your digital stash!

Thanks so much for stopping by today, and I hope this project inspires you to create something fun for the season!

Happy crafting! 💜

🚲 Life’s Better on Two Wheels… ~ Sweet November Stamps

There’s just something about kids riding bikes through the neighborhood that instantly brings a smile to my face! Today’s card features the adorable new digital images from Sweet November Stamps“On the Go” series—meet Bicycle Connor and Jenny!

I paired these cuties with the Neighborhood Background Builder to create a cheerful suburban scene, full of colorful homes, winding sidewalks, and a perfect sunny day for a ride. I love how this background really helps tell a story and gives the characters a fun place to “live”!

All of the images were colored up with Copic Markers, and I had so much fun bringing in bright, playful colors—from the kids’ outfits to their bikes and all the houses in the background. It really adds to that carefree, happy vibe of riding around with friends.

To finish things off, I added the sentiment:
“Life’s better on two wheels… especially on your birthday!”
It felt like the perfect match for this scene and makes this card ideal for any bike-loving birthday kid (or kid at heart!).

This was such a fun scene to create, and I’m already dreaming up more ways to use the rest of the “On the Go” images!

Rolling Into Fun with the New “On the Go” Release! ~ Sweet November Stamps

Hi crafty friends! Today I’m sharing a bright and playful card featuring the brand new “On the Go” digital release from Sweet November Stamps! This new series is packed with energy and includes four fabulous bundles—bike riders, skaters, skateboarders, and scooter riders—perfect for creating action-filled scenes.

For my card, I chose the adorable “Skating Austen” and “Skating Kim” images from the skaters bundle. I just love how full of personality these two are! They were the perfect pair to bring my colorful skate park scene to life.

I wanted to create a setting that matched their fun, carefree vibe, so I designed a rainbow-inspired skate park full of bold, vibrant colors. It was such a joy to bring everything together with my Copic Markers—blending all those bright hues really helped add movement and depth to the scene.

To finish things off, I added the sentiment “Have a Chill Birthday”—because what’s cooler than cruising through a rainbow skate park with your bestie?

This card would be perfect for kids, teens, or anyone who loves a little adventure and color in their day!

Get Well Cookies from Dozer ~ Sweet November Stamps

Sometimes the sweetest way to wish someone well is with a few cookies… and today I’ve got the cutest delivery helper bringing them right to your door!

For this card I used Set One from the new “Get Well Cookies” digital series from Sweet November Stamps. This adorable set includes four themed cookies: the heartbeat heart cookie, the Rx card cookie, and the pill and capsule cookies. I thought it would be fun to use all four cookies on my card for a playful little get-well scene.

To deliver the treats, I enlisted the help of Dozer the English Bulldog, who looks more than happy to carry the prescription cookie right to someone who needs a little cheering up. His sweet expression makes him the perfect messenger for a thoughtful get well card.

To build the setting, I created a cozy indoor scene using the curtains from the “Christmas is Back: Background Builder” set, framing a window that looks out to a tree from the “Bominables Christmas Tree” set. Even though those images were originally designed for winter scenes, they work wonderfully here to create a simple window view behind Dozer.

All of the images were colored with Copic Markers, which helped bring lots of warmth and dimension to the bulldog, cookies, and background elements. The soft green curtains and the outdoor tree add a calm backdrop while keeping the focus on Dozer and his sweet cookie delivery.

This card would be perfect for sending a little encouragement to someone who’s feeling under the weather—because everything feels a little better when cookies (and a cute dog!) are involved.

Have a great weekend!

Sweet November Stamps ~ A Little Love Note

Today I’m sharing a sweet and cheerful card featuring one of the four brand-new digital Love Letters characters from Sweet November Stamps. This cutie is Maddie, and she’s delivering a heartfelt note in the most charming way possible!

To build my scene, I paired Maddie with the adorable puppy holding letters from the Happy Mail digital stamp set. I just couldn’t resist the idea of this little pup helping deliver love notes — it adds such a playful and storybook feel to the card. A few leafy tree images help frame the scene and give it a peaceful, outdoor setting that feels perfect for a sweet surprise letter.

All of the images were colored with Copic Markers, using soft greens for the grass and trees and warm, happy tones for Maddie and her outfit. I kept the background light and airy so the characters really stand out while still feeling cohesive and whimsical.

For the sentiment, I chose “Just a little love note…”, which ties the whole scene together perfectly. This card would be ideal for sending a quick note to a friend, tucking into happy mail, or even leaving as a surprise for someone special.

I absolutely love how these new Love Letters characters can mix and match with other Sweet November Stamps images to create little moments like this. They’re full of personality and so fun to bring to life with color!

Thanks so much for stopping by today — I hope this card inspires you to send a little love note of your own 💕

Sweet November Stamps ~ Season of Giving

Today I’m sharing a heartwarming holiday scene featuring the brand new digital collection “Season of Giving” from Sweet November Stamps!

To set the stage, I began with the cozy “Storefront” image — the perfect backdrop for a bustling holiday sidewalk. I added a festive “Pine Tree” beside the shop and decorated the window with a cheerful “Bead Garland” from the Happy Tree Ornament set and a big red bow from the Light Pole and Accessories collection.

Front and center, you’ll find the jolly “Bell Ringer” happily collecting donations beside his “Coin Kettle.” I couldn’t resist building a sweet family to join him — the “Mother,” “Daughter with Candy Cane,” and “Son with Dog” bring so much warmth and togetherness to the scene. And if you look closely, you might even spot a familiar face peeking out from the shop window — it’s “Beebs” the cat!

Everything is colored with Copic Markers for those soft, festive tones and cozy winter vibes.

This entire illustration reminds me of taking my Scouts out each year to help man a Salvation Army kettle — a special tradition that truly embodies the spirit of giving and community.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Sweet November Stamps ~ Time for Turkey!

Today I’m sharing a cozy, heartwarming scene featuring the brand-new “Time for Turkey” digital stamp from Sweet November Stamps! This adorable image of our sweet little lady proudly holding her Thanksgiving turkey instantly made me think of family gatherings and home-cooked comfort.

To give her a warm setting, I paired her with the “Modern Living Room” digital background, complete with its coordinating accessories — the couch, potted plant, and candles. I imagined a chilly day outside those big picture windows, so I added a few evergreen trees from the “North Pole Friends Background Builder” and even a brick wall from the “Scene Builder: Castle” to create a backyard view.

Of course, no home is complete without a couple of furry companions! I brought in “Mini the Multipoo” and the curious cat from “Spring is Back” to keep her company. Every element was colored with Copic Markers to bring that warm, lived-in glow to the room.

Finally, I mounted my finished scene on a piece of patterned paper from the Catherine Pooler Designs “Right at Home” paper pack to complete the cozy home vibe.

Such a fun card to design and color!  Have a great weekend!

Sweet November Stamps ~ Moon Dance Witchwees

Happy spooky season, friends! 🍂✨ Today I’m sharing a fun Halloween card featuring some of the brand-new Sweet November Stamps digital images. This release introduces the Moon Dance Witchwees series, which includes four little dancin’ witchwees along with the whimsical and spook-tacular Moon Dance Manor.

For my card, I chose to create a lively little scene using three of the Witchwees: Edwina, Sabina, and Tabitha. To bring the magic to life, I also added the Bubbling Cauldron and a few of the Spooky Trees for that extra eerie touch. Together they make such a fun backdrop for these playful little witches twirling, flying, and giggling the night away!

Everything is colored up with my Copic markers to add depth, movement, and those bright pops of festive color. I love how the cheerful witchwees really stand out against the moody trees and bubbling cauldron.

Sweet November Stamps ~ Scarecrow in Training!

Today I’m sharing a fun Fall scene featuring the “Scarecrow in Training #1” digital stamp from Sweet November Stamps. These two happy pumpkins fellas are just too cute not to bring to life on a card!

To set the scene, I combined a few other Sweet November Stamps digital elements: the rustic fence from the “Scene Builder: Pumpkin Patch”, a few scattered pumpkins, and the tall golden cornstalks from the “Something to Crow About: Scene Builder” set. Together, they made the perfect cozy Autumn backdrop.

I had a ball coloring everything up with my Copic Markers, then went in with Polychromos Pencils to add those finer details and textures. I love how the soft sky, warm wooden fence, and bright orange pumpkins all came together for a cheerful harvest look.

This sweet scarecrow card was extra special because it was sent off to my SNS PenPal for September! ✉️💌 The monthly PenPal exchange is such a fun way to share handmade kindness and connect with fellow cardmakers in the Sweet November Stamps community.

If you haven’t joined the SNS PenPal program yet, I highly encourage you to check it out—you’ll make new friends and get to spread crafty joy all over the world.

Happy crafting, friends! 🍁✨

Chibitronics ~ Batter Up Birthday Card

Today I’m sharing a special birthday card I created for my baseball-loving nephew, who is turning 9 years old next month. Of course, I had to make it extra interactive and fun with some light-up elements using my favorite Chibitronics products!

Card Concept

The focal point of this card is the Power Poppy “Baseball Vignette” digital stamp, which features all the classic gear—a baseball glove, bats, and a ball. I colored everything up with Copic markers for a warm, realistic look and layered the image on a baseball-detailed stamped background. I wanted the card to feel nostalgic yet playful, just like a day at the ballpark.

Light-Up Surprise

Here’s where the fun comes in… ✨

  • I used the Animating White Blink LED Light Stickers along with the White LED Light Stickers from Chibitronics.

  • By pressing the small baseball inside the glove, the switch is activated and lights up the large baseball in the background.

  • As the baseball glows, it reveals the hidden word NINE—perfect for celebrating his 9th birthday in a unique way!

This interactive feature really makes the card special and adds that wow factor when he presses the baseball.

Finishing Touches

To keep the spotlight on the stamped image and the light-up reveal, I kept the sentiment simple with a bold “Happy Birthday” greeting. A bit of stitched edging frames the card nicely, giving it a finished, polished look.

Products Used

  • Stamps: Power Poppy “Baseball Vignette” (digital stamp)

  • Electronics: Chibitronics Animating White Blink LED Stickers & White LED Light Stickers

  • Circuit Build: Conductive Fabric Tape + battery holder

  • Mediums: Copic Markers for coloring

I can’t wait to see my nephew’s face light up (literally and figuratively!) when he presses the glove and reveals his special birthday surprise. Cards like this are why I love mixing papercrafting with Chibitronics—it takes a simple design to the next level and creates a memory they won’t forget!

Happy crafting, friends! ✨⚾

Sweet November Stamps ~ Scarecrows in Training!

Today I’m sharing a card featuring one of the brand-new digital stamps from the “Scarecrows in Training” series at Sweet November Stamps. This collection includes three different scarecrow images, including one with a whole flock of cheeky crows hanging out with the little straw filled fellas.

For my card, I paired up two of these cuties as they learn the ropes among the corn stalks and sing along with their feathered friends.

To ground my scene, I added the “Happy Fall Y’all” sentiment from the Harvest Wishes clear stamp set. The playful leafy frame was created using the Vines for Rectangles Dies from Catherine Pooler Designs, which perfectly complements the harvest theme. For the background, I added a pop of pattern with the fun polka dots from CP’s retired Gardener’s Notebook patterned paper pack—such a cheerful base for the fall vibes.

Everything is colored up with Copic markers to bring these characters to life with warm autumn tones. 🍁

The Scarecrow in Training digi series is available now in the Sweet November Stamps shop—be sure to check out all three designs and create your own playful fall scenes!

Have a great Labor Day Weekend all!

Sweet November Stamps ~ Dozer Hits the Skate Park!

Today I’m excited to share a card featuring one of the newest digital images from the Dog Park series at Sweet November Stamps. This cutie is Dozer the English Bulldog—and just look at that face! 🐶💕

Dozer comes with his very own skateboard, which makes him even more fun to design with. I thought he needed a cool spot to skate, so I drew in a cityscape background to give him the perfect park setting. Everything is colored up using my trusty Copic Markers, from the bright blue skies to the greenery in the background and, of course, Dozer himself.

For the sentiment, I used "You're Pawsitively RAD"—because let’s be honest, Dozer is pawsitively rad on that board! 🛹✨

This card was extra special because it went out to my Sweet November Stamps PenPal for August, where our theme was Animals. I couldn’t resist sending this happy skater pup to spread some smiles!

If you love playful pups, the Dog Park series has four adorable new digital images you’ll definitely want to check out.

Have a great hump day!
