Spring Woodland Easter Treat Bags 🐿️🌸 ~ Sweet November Stamps

Hello crafty friends!

Today I’m sharing a fun little project that was an absolute joy to create—these sweet Easter treat bags featuring the brand new “Spring Woodland” digital collection from Sweet November Stamps!

This adorable release includes 5 mini bundles filled with springtime charm. You’ll find 9 different critters holding Spring flower bouquets, a darling little girl with her feathered friend, and even a scene-building background image to help bring all your creations to life.

For my project, I decided to step a little outside of cards and create Easter treat bags for my co-workers. I made six in total, each one filled with goodies and topped with a custom tag featuring one of these precious woodland critters.

I started by printing and coloring each of the critters using my Copic Markers—you know how much I love bringing these images to life with soft shading and bright, cheerful colors! Once they were finished, I die cut them into tag shapes and added a subtle bit of ink blending to ground the images.

Each tag was attached to a whimsical gift bag, and I finished them off with a little sparkly pipe-cleaner for that extra touch. The names have been blurred for privacy, but each bag was personalized for its recipient, making them feel even more special.

I just love how these turned out—these little critters are full of personality and perfect for Easter treats, springtime gifts, or even cardmaking. The versatility of this collection makes it such a great addition to your digital stash!

Thanks so much for stopping by today, and I hope this project inspires you to create something fun for the season!

Happy crafting! 💜

Botanical Bookmark Swap

Happy Thursday!

Today I'm sharing something a little different.  Last month I signed up for a friend's swap and it was about making a botanical bookmark for my swap friend.

I chose to feature the Power Poppy's "Woodland Carpet" clear stamp set.

A lot of the clear stamp sets are no longer available but a lot of the images have been converted to digital images.  Parts of these clear stamps can be downloaded here... "Ferns and Fungi Digi".

To send my bookmark, I created a matching card...

I also used the "Friendly Forest Digi" image to finish off this card.

 And here's another close up...

This was so fun to create!

Have a great rest of the week!

Scrap 'N Stamp ~ Bugs & Butterflies Blog Hop *PRIZE*

Welcome to the Scrap 'N Stamp Bugs & Butterflies Blog Hop!

Today's card features something a little different.  Instead of using a butterfly image or something of the like, I chose to make my own.  I used the cool Aall & Create ephemera "White Doodle Leaves" to create my own!

First I designed the tag base for my creation.  I used a Ranger Manila #8 tag.  I laid down a light layer of Catherine Pooler Rose Petals ink.

I pulled out the cool Aall & Create 6x6 Stencil #2 and and added a variety of cool parts of the stencil to the tag using the word art part.

Next I pulled out the Aall & Create Stencil #126, "Lotza Starz". I used some CP Minted ink to add a whisper of stars to the tag.

I used some of the new Hero Arts Collage Background Transfers from the "Antique Collage" package and added some scripty rub-on images on the tag plus a touch of stitching and some white and black paint splatters..

Last but not least, I created my butterfly using leaves from the "White Doodle Leaves".  I colored them in using Copic Markers and glued them together with a hand-cut body.  I mad the antenna with some very fine strips of paper.  I also adhered a few uncolored leaves on the tag too.

This is our hop rotation!  Enjoy!

Sweet Sentiment ~ October Release! ~ Bring on the Pharaohs!

Happy Saturday everyone!  Today is release day for Sweet Sentiment Stamps!

There are some amazing products being released this month but I chose to work with the three Egypt themed ones.   Let me introduce you to those...

First off, we have "Hi Mummy".  This beautiful stamp set contains 4 Egyptian images and 3 fun sentiments.

For my card, I stamped the Pharaoh and the kneeling female Pharaoh with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them up with Copic Markers.

I created a window for my Pharaohs and created a Egyptian scene.

On the front panel I used the brilliant hieroglyphics stamp image from the new "Cleo and Egypt" stamp set.

I created the front panel to pop out and create a more 3 dimensional card.

Too cute right!??!

The next stamp is "Cleo and Egypt".  This stamp set contains a beautiful Pharaoh with her adorable puppy.  It's also accompanied by a solid cat and pyramid images, a hieroglyphics patch and 5 sentiments.

For my creation, I decided to make a simple bookmark.  I stamped my Pharaoh and puppy and colored them in black and white Copics with a touch of soft yellow to match my background.

I used that awesome hieroglyphics stamp to create the back drop for my image.

This was fun to make!

Next and final stamp set that I used is the "Life is Good" stamp set.

This cool stamp set contains 3 iconic Egyptian images, a Sphinx cat, a Scarab beetle and the Ankh (Symbol of Life) and three beautiful sentiments.

For today's cat, I stamped the Sphinx cat & sentiment using Versamark ink and heat embossed it with gold embossing powder. Then I added a tiny bit of color with Polychromos Pencils.

Next I took that hieroglyphics stamp set AGAIN (I told you... it's brilliant!) and created a background for my front panel to sit on with the gold embossing powder so it matched the kitty.

I had a blast creating with these amazing new products!

Make sure to check out the Sweet Sentiment Stamps shop for all the new products!

Have a great weekend!

So here’s a photo with the panel slipped into my clear phone case.

Totally Tag-o-licious!

Happy Saturday!  Come and join all the Krafty Krew over at Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps for the newest Saturday Challenge.

This week’s challenge is all about TAGS!

For my tag today I wanted to use some fun Christmas stamps so I found the adorable “Santa Paws” stamp set to use.  I also used some fun snowflake stamps from the “Perky Penguins” stamp set.

I also had fun using the “Sweater Weather Stencil” and the “Sparkling Snowflakes Stencil”.  I decided to keep my colour scheme simple so I limited my use of inks to only Creamy Caramel, Sparkling Sapphire, Lovely Lagoon and a bit of Totally Taupe ink.  I also added some fun “Underwater Dots” too in coordinating colours.

Don’t forget to check out the Frugal Friday Deals too!

Thanks for stopping by!  I hope you join us for the challenge this week!

Eat, Read, Sleep... Repeat!

Welcome back to another month of Skrappy Fun at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!!!  We challenge YOU to make Anything BUT a Card!!!

For this challenge you can make anything you wanna....except a card! So that means bookmarks, gifts, scrapbook pages, journal art, planner pages, tags, boxes...pretty much anything that includes a krafty stamp!!

I began with the sweet little girl holding the book from the “My Happy Place” stamp set for my bookmark.  I first stamped her and then masked her off.  Then I laid down a soft Copic air brushed back ground of yellows.  I took the fun “Harlequin Stencil” and soft brushed on some Pumpkin Patch ink right over top.  I then peeled off my mask and coloured in my little girl with Copics.  I stamped the sentiment on using “Purple Petunia” ink.  And voila… a super fast bookmark!

Just make sure to include a Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp and make sure it's a NEW creation! As soon as we have at least five people playing, we'll be giving away a PRIZE!!! yep! One lucky krafter will WIN a $20 gift voucher to the krafty shop!

Purple Mittens and Teal Boughs

Welcome to another fabulous Power Poppy'sPeep of the Week” challenge.  If you are new to our challenges, make sure you check out the Power Poppy Blog for all the creative details, right here.

If you don’t already know, purple, is one of my favourite colours!  And I try and use it whenever I can.  I was in need of a gift for my son’s teacher today as today is my son’s last day at his current school.  He’s off to a new school on Monday to begin a new way of learning and dealing with his emotions.  So for today’s challenge, I chose to showcase some purple on my cute little Fold Over Box Card.

I used the darling new stamp set “Bough Wow Wow” as my focal image for my box.

Here’s a close up of my little box…

And when you open it up, it reveals a little box full of chocolate treats.

If you look closely, there’s a little “Thanks Bunches” stamped in the corner.  That’s one of the cute sentiments from the “Lavender” stamp set.

Howdy everyone!  It's my first official day with the Senior team!  Thanks ladies for helping me feel welcome.

I couldn't decide to create either the shaped card or the 3D item so I made both to share with you today!  First off I created this cute little 3D haunted house.  I'm going to put it on the shelf below my mirror in the front hallway for the haunting season.
I created my house using a Silhouette Cameo pattern and black cardstock.  I embossed the roof and then inked it up with white ink to show the "shingles".  Then I added some fun stamped elements from the "Witching You a Happy Halloween" stamp set.  I added a cute little "Happy Haunting" banner at the top of the house peek, 2 cute little bats flying over the house and a sweet little jack o'lantern in front.
If you open the front door, inside you'll see the scary little black cat peeking out!

Next I created a fun shaped card... a CAULDRON CARD!  I cut the cauldron out using my Silhouette Cameo and then added some stamped details.

I stamped the broom, shoes and witches hat out onto Flourishes Classic White Cardstock using "Tuxedo Black" Memento Ink.  Then I coloured in my images using the following Copic Collections:

I even added some sparkle to my card.  I used some Ranger's Crackle Medium for my green witches brew!

I added a simple greeting to the inside!

And now for some wonderful shaped inspiration, our Design Team has pulled out all the stops to get your creativity jump-started:
