I grabbed only a few Copic Markers and some Polychromos Pencils and colored in each of the triple cluster of blooms.
I first started with the dark red Amaryllis…
I created a very abstract back ground to put my blooms on with a few sequins and some gold thread.
Then I decided to color a pinky-plum colored one…
And I too made an abstract back ground to place it on with some sequins.

Oh Ally! These are beautiful! The delicate coloring on the petals and then the splash of vibrant background is so striking!
Wow Ally, this is stunning, what a awesome colouring. I love both of them, thank you so much for showing.
Ally this is so eye catching, love the colouring of the flowers and leaves and that amazing burst of colour behind the flowers. Stunning.
Wow, Ally, I am WAY behind, but I didn't realize how far I was. Going through my mailbox from the bottom up. Haha! Anyway, I absolutely love these cards and think you are so amazing. Such beautiful colors and wonderful ways to use these amaryllis. We have a dear friend who has them in her yard now (in the summer), and they are stunning. Inspiring me now! Hugs and love! xoxo
