For today's card I started by building this fun frame. First I die cut the white frame using the "Scallops & Dots Dies" with white cardstock.  I backed it with a piece of black cardstock and then die cut the scalloped rectangle from the inside.  Next I back ed the opening with a piece of soft plaid patterned papers form the new "Potted" 6x6 paper pack with die cut center. 

Before mounting the frame with foam adhesive, I masked off a wide strip of my white card base and used my blender brush to add a subtle inking of Bellini ink.

I stamped the greeting inside the frame and then add some soft colored leaves and a kitty from the "Just Roll With It" stamp and die set.

I added a few Valencia Sequins to finish off this very fun card!
