One of my favorite ways to create a card is to create my own patterned paper! So I began this card front panel by cutting out a ton of shapes using masking paper and the coordinating dies for the "Spring into Easter" stamp set.
Then I inked up the panel using Serenade ink and some Drive-in ink around the edges. I also splattered some white and black acrylic paint over top of the purple inks.
THEN I stamped each image in it's corresponding void of color. It was so much easier that way.
I used a little piece of the "Black Tie Gala" 6x6 patterned papers and an embossed sentiment from the "Spring Borders" stamp set. Plus I added a few "Crater Lake Sequins" to add some sparkle!
I hope you're inspired by my card today! I'll be sharing more Easter fun again tomorrow!
Happy creating!

A fun bunny filled spring card, Ally. Thanks for sharing your background colouring technique. I have never thought to colour the background as I have always coloured my stamped images. I will give this reverse technique a whirl! Bye beautiful!
