Believe in the Spirit of Christmas

Welcome to another edition of Peep of the Week at Power Poppy!  If you are new to my blog or to our Friday challenges, click here for further details as to how you can play along with us.

This week I chose to work with the darling greeting stamp set of “Joyful Arrangements”.  I just love all the whimsical fonts that Marcella has used to create all four holiday card sentiments.
Power Poppy Allison Cope "Joyful Arrangements"

I wanted to ensure that the stars in my greeting were yellow so I added some yellow to my patterned paper!  I also added some bright teal too!  Who says you can add more colour to your patterns so they match your greeting? LOL!

It's a simple but fun holiday card this week everyone!  I hope it inspires you!

Now, off you go on a  hop through some of my fellow Bloom Brigader blogs…

Oh, yes, Ally, I agree! Just love your DP and how you've "altered" the color! Done that myself, and it's perfect with Marcy's wonderful and artistic Christmas greeting image! Hugs, my friend!

Great card! i really like the vintage style and how you added the bow and ruffle.
Excellent idea to use the markers to coordinate the two elements. With all the great markers and the variety of colours it's getting easier all the time to match things up.
Thank you for sharing your pretty work! :)

A-DOR-A-BLE!!!!! The stamp and papers and embellishments look like they were all created to go together from the start - but ALAS! They were just brought together by the unstoppable mind of Ally Cope! So clever.
