I'm Nuts About You!

Hi there everyone!  I hope you're all doing well!

I'll be over on the Gerda Steiner Designs blog on Thursday but I thought I'd share this card with you a bit earlier since I used this week's Splitcoaststampers card sketch.

Our sketch this week designed by the darling Cathy, SC800...

I decided to incorporate a fun digital stamp set from Gerda Steiner Designs on this card.

I hope you use this week's sketch for your next project!

Happy creating!

Mer-May is Here!

Happy Mer-May!  It's time for a fun mermaid card.

I used the gorgeous "Welcome Little One" stamp set from Three Room Studio for my card today.  This is a one-layer card!  Yup!  The 2 small fish, the shark and the mermaid are all stamped images.  The rest of the card was created by me; even the map!

It took me approximately 6.5 hours of colouring to finish!  It was a total labour of love!

To check out more amazing Three Room Studio creations, come and visit The Fourth Room Facebook page.

Have a great rest of the week!

You've Got Mail!

Happy Saturday! Happy (Inter)National Scrapbooking Day!  Over at Kraftin' Kimmie's Facebook group, we're having a tiny little event during the weekend.  Come and join us for some fun!

This week's Saturday Challenge is all about multiple layers!

So for my card today I used the adorable "Snail Mail" stamp set along with the awesome "Krafty Scenery 2 Stencil" to create my card.

I stamped all of my images using Creamy Caramel ink and coloured them up with Copic Markers.  I used some coloured pencils to add in some of the finer details.  Then I used lots of fun inks and our scenery stencil to make my layered back drop; I used Bubbly Blue, Granite Grey, Mossy Meadow and Charming Chartreuse.  I used the fun mountains and the grassy edges of the stencil.

PLUS... my little mailman actually delivers the letter to the mailbox!!!!  How cute is that?!?!

I also used the new sketch for the month of May too...

Thanks for stopping by!  I hope you have a fabulous and krafty weekend!

Strong & Beautiful

Happy first day of May everyone!  I'm here along with the Power Poppy crew today to share a fun card.

Today I used the gorgeously detailed "Strong and Beautiful" stamp set by Power Poppy. I first stamped the image using the perfect no-line coloring ink, "Totally Taupe" from Kraftin' Kimmie.  Then I pulled out my Copic Markers and then my Polychromos Pencils to add all the details.

I also used some Fine Tec Metallic paints to add some sparkle!

Now, go and check out what my fellow Design Team has created to share with you today....
