Howdy all! Happy Wednesday! Today is the release day for the newest Stamp of Approval collection. This festive collection is called
“Home for the Holidays”.
If you are a member of StampNation, there is already a link posted over at the top of
the forums for you to go and purchase your box. The Waitlist people will get
their purchase link at 9am EST and then the collection goes live to the public
at 6pm EST tonight.
For my card today I thought I’d share something super simple and easy to make
duplicates of. I chose traditional colors of ink of course, Green Tea, Eucalyptus, Rockin’ Red and Peppermint Scrub.
My card features the birdie from the Tiny Wishes stamp set, the heart border
from the Cozy Borders stamp set, the branch from the Festive Trimmings stamps
and finally the sentiment from my favorite sentiment stamp set, Holiday Mix.
Can you see how easy this card would be to create? So super simple!
Don’t forget to check out all the fun SOA hops going on…
There are lots of chances to WIN some great Catherine Pooler prizes!
Thanks for stopping by today! I appreciate the time you take to stop and
take a look at my card creations! Happy creating!

My second card came to me while checking out the images from the "Christmas Cookies" stamp set. I knew I had to make them a holiday plate to sit on!

Power Poppy: O Hoppy Day
Welcome to Day 2 of the brand new Power
Poppy release of the Natural
Wonders Collection.
Today we feature the new clear stamp set, O Hoppy Day! O Hoppy Day is a beer-themed set with the main image that is currently our Hops & Barley digi, plus bottle caps and punny sentiments.
I chose to feature the spray of wheat and hops. Isn’t a gorgeous
image???
I colored it first with a base and back ground of Copic Markers. Then I proceeded to use my Polychromos Pencils to add the finer details to the coloring.
Thanks for stopping by! Join me tomorrow for some more fall fun!

Let's Hit the Books!
Happy Friday all! It’s a new month so that means over at Power
Poppy we have a brand new Power
& Spark Challenge beginning. This month’s challenge is all about
Hitting the Books!
Hosted by the extra talented Katie Sims, she is challenging people to use something book related on your card or project. I chose to pull out some fun newsprint patterned paper by KaiserCraft and the glorious “Succulent Singles” stamp set.
I stamped the largest succulent image multiple times across the paper and then cut out different layers and pieces of the plant and layered them to make my final image pop. I also used a sentiment from the same stamp set for my card as well.
Here’s a little close up!
I hope you’ll join us this month for the challenge. You could WIN $50 to spend in the Power Poppy Shop! Good luck!
Now… on to some more inspiration…
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you have an amazing weekend of creating!
