Sunny Winter Bouquet

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you have some fabulous plans for the weekend.  Me, I plan to create and colour all weekend!

Now, let’s talk some Power Poppy!  This week I decided to pull in some fun, sunny colours and create.

My card today features the beautiful bouquet from the Bloomin’ Wonderful stamp set.

To set off my winter bouquet, I created a fun shaker card filled with silver micro-beads.

Power Poppy: Winter Blooms

Happy Friday the 13th everyone!  Yup… today’s my lucky day!  My Mom is a Friday the 13th baby so for me, it’s a lucky one!

This month over on the Power Poppy Blog for our Power & Spark Challenge we are showcasing all things wintry floral!  Come and check out all the challenge details right here.  You could WIN a stamp set just for sharing your creation with us!

So for my wintry blooms, I chose to use the beautiful Joyful Lilies digital stamp set. This gorgeous set comes just like the image seen below or it comes wrapped around a beautiful cross for Easter plus a few sentiments.  I then used a birthday sentiment from the Party Time clear stamp set.

I chose to create a card with a bumped up layer of the larger lily blooms.

Winter Thank Yous

So I’ve had a nice relaxing morning today… “Friends” playing on Netflix and having some fun using my new Catherine Pooler Designs inks.

I have a few thank you’s to send out from Christmas yet. I know… at least I’ll get them out.  Better late then never!

Today I made a single panel and cut it into two pieces to create two simple cards. I used the sweet snowflakes and dots from the “Snowy Sayings”, the stripes from “Yay Stripes” plus the pretty script sentiment from the “Butterfly Notes”.

I used the new CP inks; Fiesta Blue, Lime Rickey & Tiara.  I used them all on Catherine’s 100lb Premium White Cardstock.

CP Ink Party Collection Release Blog Hop

Today's the day we share all EIGHT new colours of the amazing Catherine Pooler Designs Inks.  A few months ago, Catherine released the first 5 ink colours in the fabulous Foundations Box .  Those five ink colours included: Rockin' Red, Fiesta Blue, Orange Twist, Grass Skirt & Midnight.  You can a specific refill bundle for these inks, right here.

Today, all the Catherine Pooler Designs team is sharing creations using the final 8 colours in the CP Ink "Party Collection".  The newest 8 colours include: Tiara, Tiki Torch, Tutti Fruitti, Party Dress, Flirty Fuchsia, Lime Rickey, Something Borrowed & Aquatini.  And get all the inks here.

All of these inks are now available in the store.  You can purchase them in bundles, individually and with or without reinkers.  I also suggest you pick up some of the 100lb Premium White Cardstock while you're at it! It works wonders with these new inks.

Par-tay Like an Ink-Star!

Have you heard?  New ink colors are coming very, very soon to the Catherine Pooler Designs shop! January 10 is our release date, in fact!

We released the first 5 Party Collection ink colors inside the Foundations Box late last year and the response has been phenomenal.   As of today Catherine has already spilled the beans on 3 of the new ink colors; Party Dress, Lime Rickey and today's reveal was Tiara!

To celebrate, we've been having a little party over on Facebook all week, and we'd love for YOU to join us!

2. Each day look for the new clue and silly photos that give you hints as to what our new ink color names are!
3. In the comments of the clue, post your best guess as to what the new color name will be.
