Glitz, Flame, Glam, Dress Blues, Uptown & Martini!
I chose to create a simple rainbow of color for this card just by masking off simple random lines of color. I sprinkled the layer with water so get a speckled effect then layered on the beautiful "Sitting Pretty Slimline Die" plus the fun tag from the "Notecard Frame & Tag Dies" and a greeting from the "Hello Friend Floral"stamp set.
