Purple & Green Holiday Beauty

The Senior Design Team is back today with another round of beauties created with our October Release Stamp sets. It's our chance to show them off some more while you can still purchase the October Stamp Bundle at a discount! Today is the last day the discount is available and we don't want you to miss out!

You know, I couldn't resist pulling out all 3 stamp sets and using them on ONE card! Yup!

I started my card off by creating my card base from "Snapdragon" cardstock from the Crocus collection.  Then I die cut a piece of Classic White Cardstock and masking off the inside of the decorative round stamp from the "Star of Bethlehem" stamp set using Memento "Tuxedo Black" ink.  Then in my masked area, I used some Memento "Pistachio" ink and stamped a large snowflake from the "Handmade Snowflakes" stamp collection.  I inked up my circle die cut with some "Antique Linen" Distress Ink.

For the bottom panel of my card, I cut a piece of "Purple Palisades" cardstock from the Crocus collection and stamped the same snowflake image using Memento "Lulu Lavender" ink.  I also popped a pretty "Lavender" Seam Binding Ribbon and a little copper coloured pin to match my copper brads.

And of course... a card isn't a card unless the inside is decorated too!  Right!?!

I used the negative shape of my patterned paper die cut at the bottom of my piece of Classic White Cardstock and stamped my matching snowflake from the "Handmade Snowflakes" stamp collection using Memento "Lulu Lavender" ink again.  For my multiple sentiments and leaf spray, I used the "Winter Berries" stamp set and coloured them using the following Copic Collections:
Thanks for stopping on by today!  I hope you continue on and enjoy my fellow Design Team creations!

So hop on over to see what lovely creations everyone has in store for you today:
Happy hopping!

Oh Ally, this is so pretty! I love the combo of purple and green and the fact that you used all three release stamps on the same card.

Good Golly, you've done it again Ally!! You're always inspiring me. LOVE the colors and your wavy scalloped border. What I especially love is how you added the sentiment on the inside at the top, and with the berries and leaves at the bottom...*sigh*
