Got that Beachy Feeling?

Howdy all!  Happy Wednesday! It’s time for a fun and fabulous new challenge over at StampNation.  This week the entire Dream Team has gathered to showcase some amazing creations featuring our sponsor this week, SugarPea Designs! And WOWSERS… these ladies have rocked it this week.  We have a gorgeous summer inspired photo for our inspiration this week.  Here’s a little sneak peek into some of the team’s creations…
Wow… cool right?!?!

Here’s a little peek at my specific card…

I had the pleasure of working with two of their fabulous stamp sets, Seaside Wishes, Build a Background – Basics on my card today.  And I have to say, SugarPea Designs is one of my favourite stamp companies.  Not only are their images amazing and super fun to colour but the quality of their stamps and dies are top of the line!

Here’s another fun card featuring both inspiration from our summery photo inspiration and the Seaside Wishes stamp set from SugarPea Designs again.  This time I took a nautical turn!
Thanks for stopping in today!  I hope you enjoyed my card!

You’re Flipping Fantastic!

Howdy all!  Happy Friday everyone!  I’m here today with the Bloom Brigade showcasing some fun and fabulous Power Poppy creations!  Come and check out my card today.

Most the Bloom Brigade are sharing our fabulous new digital stamp set, Garden Fireworks, today.  I had a last minute malfunction of not one but BOTH my printers so I'm sharing a non-digital creation with you today.

I wanted a fun and fast card so I came up with a flirty design with some colourful summery papers.  Today I’m focusing on one of our newest clear stamp sets, “Best Day Ever”.  Both my sentiment and cute sandals are from this stamp set.

I even added a little bit of shimmer with a clear Wink of Stella brush ~ it’s kinda hard to see though!

Don’t forget to play along with our fun monthly challenge over on the Power Poppy Blog.

This month’s challenge is all about using your pencils!

Here is the mood board that we are being inspired by today!  Isn't it stunning!  It has all kinds of cool aspects to it; butterflies, delicate flowers, cute little tea cups, beautiful glassware, stunning sunsets and even cool jewelry!

I was inspired by not only the color scheme of the mood board but also by the gorgeous flowers and the China tea cups.  I took the colors and colored my poppies with the fun hues of blues, purples and pinks.  My simple image includes some pottery just like the tea cups and it of course showcases those happy poppies inside!

Here's a little close up of my blooms...

It’s time to hop along now. Click on each of the designers below…

Cultivate Love Collection by Power Poppy

It’s been a fabulous five days of sneak peeks and today’s the day all of the amazing clear stamp sets get a fantastic reveal for the amazing Cultivate Love Collection from Power Poppy.

I chose to highlight the Sage Life collection on my card share today.  I used the arched herbs, the “seasoned with Love” sentiment and that adorable little colander of herbs!  So stinkin’ cute!

And a little close up…

Introducing… Best Day Ever!

It’s Sunday and Day 5 of our June 2015 Power Poppy release! Today we’re headed to the beach for a introduction to the newest clear stamp set sneak peek…

Introducing… Best Day Ever!
For my card today I tried to create a scene of sorts.  A scene set to send you to a beachy escape…
For my one-layer card, I used another stamp set by Power Poppy to top off the sentiment. I used the “"Good Thinking: Renewal” stamp set for the sentiment because I thought it was fitting with the photo.

Now, here’s the Bloom Brigade in action with this set!

Howdy stamp lovers!  Today is Day 3 of our Power Poppy June 2015 release!  If you haven’t already joined us this month, make sure to get a load of the first 2 stamp sets we’ve already peeked at…

Today we’re revealing another fabulous herb inspired stamp collection called Go Wild!

Today’s a little extra special for Power Poppy because today is Marcy’s birthday!!!  Yup… she’s ripe ol’ age of 29!!! LOL!
Dearest Marcy,
Today I’m wishing for you another year of continued health and happiness!  May you be blessed everyday to be surrounded by those you love and those that love you!  Many happy returns my friend!  Enjoy your special day!
Happiest of Birthday’s to you today!!!!
Big Hugs, Ally.

I was inspired to keep my card pretty simple today so I simply stamped the gorgeous glass jar of blooms onto this die cut shape and added it to a die cut layered back ground with some fun colours!

I even added a bit of Glossy Accents to the jar for a little bit of shine…
