Timeless Tuesday: Silver & Gold

Howdy everyone!  It's Tuesday!  Time for another fascinating Timeless Tuesday Challenge at Flourishes.  This week the lovely, Cindy Haffner, is challenging us to...

...create a card or project using
SILVER or GOLD.
(FTTC197)

So this week I decided to pull out some fun Spellbinder dies.  On my card today I used the fabulous Tailor-Made Classic Keyhole Template Die...

...and the NEW Perfectly Pierced Classic Window Die set.

Here is what I created with my dies...

Jingle All the Way

I started by die cutting my key hole shape using the Classic Keyhole Template Die from Flourishes Classic White Cardstock. I then took my Versamark ink and stamped my image from the "Petals and Peace" stamp collection.  I then sprinkled on some silver embossing powder and heat embossed my image.  My beautiful GOLDEN ribbon is Flourishes "Color Made Easy", "Primrose" coloured seam binding from the Sunflower collection... so pretty!  And the silver twine is also from Flourishes... Silver Metallic String.

I then coloured my image using the following Copic markers from the Flourishes Copic Collections:
YG93 and YG95 from the Evergreen Collection; G20 from the Leaf Green Collection;  R11, R12 and R14 from the Sweet Pea Collection and E50 and E51.

Here's a close up of my colouring...

The sentiment under my image is also from the "Petals and Peace" stamp collection.  I also embossed it in silver and inked my die shape using Ranger's "Tattered Rose" Distress Ink.

Take a peek at what my fellow Timeless Tuesday designers have created for today…
