Tropical Birthday Greetings

Howdy!  Happy Wednesday!  I hope you’ve been creative this week.

Today I’m sharing a card using the newest sketch from Splitcoaststampers. Click HERE to go directly to the sketch post to check out all the details of this week’s sketch.

I decided to create a fun tropical birthday card for my hubby for his birthday this week.  I chose to use this amazing “Big Sexy Leaves” large stamp set from Power Poppy.  I love all the different leaves in this gorgeous back ground stamp.

As you can see, I decided to add some shine to my card using some Tim Holtz metallic kraft-stock paper.  I cut it with a very detailed die from Cheery Lynn Designs.

I hope you’ll check out all the sketch cards in the Splitcoast gallery.

Have a crafty day!

Wow, Ally, what a gorgeous card! I love the colors and really love the variety of big leaves. We have a lot of these kinds of plants in South Florida, and I especially love those large philodendron. And what a fabulous way to add the greeting with those tags. I love how you've tied the beautiful die with the "happy" letters. A stunning card! Hugs and love! xoxo
