I've never done this before, but I think I may try now. I know I need lots of help with my coloring sometimes as I don't get the shading very good at all. This project is lovely!
no i sorry i havent try your colouring technique on a card but i want learn more so i am sure i will learn what all you do . have great day hugs prayers love darla shareing cards with homebounds or them who just need a kind careing words 1 card at time
I haven't tried this technique but I love the look you get with it - I need all the help I can get with coloring/shading so this might be a fun way to get 'forgiving' results. Thanks for sharing your talents with us.

No. I have not used this technique for coloring a card. But, I'm headed to my craft room right now to give it a try. Would live some Power Poppy stamps, they are definitely on my wishlist.
Hi, I have tried Pointillism but not on the whole image, just around an image as a shadow. I will definitely it tho! Thanks for the tutorial.

I have tried the texture technique that you shared at Power Poppy. I did not have colourless refill, but scribbled ink on an acrylic block and pressed a small pice of screen onto it and then placed it on my background. It gave a muted result, but it worked. Now to by some liqiud refill! ;0)
Okay, I apparently don't read directions very well as I commented on a different technique in the previous post! I have done pointillism before but not on a card or with copics. Will definitely try it out. As an avid gardener, I am a bit gaga over the Power Poppy stamps. Thank you for the opportunity to enter for the give away!
I've seen this type of coloring before, but your tutorial is the first I've seen on how to achieve this look.

Hi Ally, WOW, this technique is gorgeous. To be honest, I have not heard of it before now, and I really would like to try. Your coloring is beautiful and I thank you for showing us how. I've used this idea for backgrounds in the past but never for coloring an image. You make it look so fabulous and so easy.
I just watched your video and loved it and am sorry to say I haven't tried Pointillism, but am inspired to give it a try. Loved both your examples, the traditional and the "speedy" one. What a unique and pretty look and your card using this technique is gorgeous.

I just bought my first stamp from you and can hardly wait for it to arrive. I love the tut on the pretty little tags. Then splitcoast had this great tut and I knew once I saw this digi stamp that I had to have it so that I can try this.

I have taught middle school students how to use pointillism, but I had not thought to use this is my card making! LOL!!! I can't wait to try this!
