Since it's Friday, it's time for another fabulous Playing in Paradise challenge over at Scrapbooker's Paradise! This week's challenge comes from the lovely Allison! She's got a fabulous sketch challenge for you to create with this week!
I decided to mix it up this week and use Allison's sketch to create a layout. My husband and I spent 10 glorious days in Vancouver and on Vancouver Island and I took some great photos of him on the beach that I was dying to scrap so they worked perfectly with this week's challenge...
My Hubby
supplies: cardstock, Core'dinations; patterned papers, Bo Bunny, Fancy Pants Designs; stamps, Technique Tuesday; ink, Stampin' Up!; glitter dots, Pebbles Inc.; mini ticket, Maya Road; tape, Tim Holtz, K & Co. Smash; lock & key trinkets, My Mind's Eye; tools, Klic N'Kut machine; mists, Tattered Angels; other, red gems, twine, staples.
I used a number of new products just released from this past summer; Core'dinations embossed cardstock, K & Company's Smash "Like This " tape, Candy Dots by Pebbles and some beautiful stamps by Technique Tuesday, "Are We there Yet?" stamps by Ali Edwards.
Here's another close up of one of my embellishment clusters...
