Here's how I began creating my own card...
Step One:
I first cut a die cut shape out of our incredible Flourishes Classic White Cardstock. Then I grabbed some "Tuxedo Black" ink by Memento and began stamping my 3 different butterfly images from the "Old Tea Rose" and "Butterflies & Blooms" stamp sets. I made a mask for each one of the butterflies I stamped using Post-It Notes.
Step Two:
With all my masks on my butterflies, I stamped the script from the "Thank You" stamp set using "Tuxedo Black" ink by Memento again (stamping off first to get a lighter shade of ink).
Step Three:
Next I grabbed my Lilac Collection of Copic markers and my Copic airbrush to create my back ground.
I began by airbrushing the center of my panel with V12...
Step Four:
Next I grabbed, V15 and airbrushed edges.
Step Five:
Then I grabbed, V17 and further airbrushed the edges. I added a little bit of spatter using V99.
Step Six:
I peeled off my masks and coloured my butterflies using a variety of grey Copic markers...
Then I created the remainder of my card using the amazing Flourishes Classic White Cardstock and also the light and dark shades of the Color Made Easy "Crocus" paper collection; Purple Palisades & Bouquet.
Here's my final card...
I used some fun Lavender seam binding ribbon, cool silver metallic string and the cute "Hello!" stamp from the "Tiny Flowers and Tags" stamp set to finish off my card details.I hope you've enjoyed my little tutorial today. Can't wait to see what you create with our "butterfly" challenge this week.

Another gorgeous work of art, Allison! I adore the purples, and I think leaving the butterflies uncolored really shows off their beautiful detail!
