Bunny Filled Umbrella and a SALE!

Happy Wednesday!  I've been creating today's card for a few days now as I haven't been feeling 100% myself.

The moment I saw the new Catherine Pooler "Hops & Peeps" stamp set, I knew I wanted to make a fun scene with that adorable bunny and the "Under the Umbrella" die set.

I started by creating my umbrella so I die cut it out of CP white cardstock and colored the handle with Mandarin Spice ink and the handle with C2 Copic Marker.  Then I die cut it out of the new "Mr's Rabbit's Garden" patterned papers and added a fun polka die cut from the die over top of the patterned paper.  I added a pit of trim I had from my stash to the edge of the umbrella.

I stamped the bunny from the "Hops & Peeps" stamp set in Twilight ink and colored him in with Copic Markers (N0, N1, R20, R22). Then I stamped a variety of carrots and carrot tops from the RETIRING "Veggies Please!" stamp set (ON SALE!) using Clay Mask, Mandarin Spice and Spruce inks.

For the back drop, I used the polka dot stamps from the "Hops & Peeps" stamp set in Tranquil ink and mounted everything on the plaid patterned paper also from the "Mr's Rabbit's Garden" patterned papers.

And voila, an Easter card is done! I hope you have started creating your Easter cards too!

Don't forget to check out the Lucky Day Retirement SALE over at Catherine Pooler Designs! All items in this tab are on sale from 20-80% off and when they're gone, they're gone!

Have a great day and I hope you go get crafty!
