This past week a friend of mine lost her husband of many, many years. So I needed to create a sympathy card to send her.
I chose to showcase the stunning Planning for Magnolias stamp set plus some fitting sentiments from the Daffodils stamp set. I was in the mood to watercolour so I grabbed some Arches Cold Press paper and my ZIG Clean Color Markers.
I even managed to stamp a little somethin’ on the inside…

Ally this is gorgeous, so full of light and elegance. So sorry for yours and your friends loss. We’ve had two in the last week as well, a hard way to end the year.
Oh, Ally, first of all, I am so sorry for the loss of your dear friend's husband. It's such a hard time of year. But what a gorgeous card you've made for her, and she is going to love it. It's so beautifully colored with amazing depth, and you inspire me by using your ZIG markers. I need to start using mine. I love the outside, and what a beautiful inside.
