Timeless Tuesday: Blue & Purple Delights!

Howdy all!  It's Tuesday... time for a new fabulous challenge for Flourishes' "Timeless Tuesday".

You'll have to bear with me this week as my card isn't as detailed or ornate as they typically are.  I'm in "home limbo" right now - my family and I are held up in a hotel as we wait for the possession of our new house on Wednesday and the delivery of our household belongings on Friday.  I've been trying to create in a single hotel room with a wound-up 7 year old, a grumpy hubby and 2 rangy cats!  NOT FUN!!!

This week's challenge comes from the fabulously talented Denise Marzec!  This week Denise's challenge is...

Timeless Tuesday ~ FTTC184
Create a card or project using
the colours blue and purple!

This week I took my inspiration from the stunning passion flower...

With Passion...

To begin, I stamped my image from the Passion Flower stamp collection onto Flourishes' Classic White Cardstock using Memento Black Tuxedo ink.  Then I coloured my image using Copic markers.  I used colours from these Copic Collections for my image...

Take a peek at what my fellow Timeless Tuesday designers have created for today…
You can find all the challenge details at Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge FTTC184.

Thoughts and Prayers
I'd also like to take a moment to send out some thoughts and prayers to the Jan Marie and the Flourishes store team based out of Pensacola, Florida.  I hope that everyone stays safe and sound in the wake of Tropical Storm Isaac.  I'll be thinking of you all in the next few days.  Stay safe and take care everyone!

cardstock:  Flourishes Classic White Cardstock

Gorgeous passion flowers, Allison! Perfect for the colour challenge, and beautifully coloured, too.
I am also thinking of Jan Marie, her family and everyone living in the path of the hurricane, and praying they will all be safe x

All I can say is if you can create like this under those conditions and with those distractions, you are one crafty lady! Your card is beautiful. There is no need for anything else on this one.
