I have been putting off making my Mother's Day cards all week. I just wasn't in the mood to make cards yet... I know! Weird eh?
So I finally sat down and stamped out my card images on cardstock and got them both coloured last night. I took all morning and actually finished creating them... finally! Late is better than nothing right?
So here's my first card... to be sent to my Mom.

These cute little bears is stamp by Stampavie (
Penny Johnson) called
Visiting Friends. So I couldn't resist also creating both my Mother's Day cards with Stampavie images so I also incorporated their
challenge for this week... GLITTER! Gotta love glitter!
*Mother's Day greeting by myStampBOX, "Straightforward" stamp set.Above is a picture of the inside of my card.
Below shows the glitter I added to some of my little Prima roses. I also used a glitter paper (off white) by Doodlebug Designs and I added some glitter to the bouquet of roses the little bear is holding!

This cute little teddy is another Stampavie stamp set by Penny Johnson called
Bear Flowers. It took me quite some time to colour just the little teddy image. I wanted her to look fluffy so I took them time and layered... and layered on the different shades of dusty brown colour.
Here's a close up the little bear's bouquet. I used a little bit of Ranger's Stickles on the roses along with other places on my card.

WOW you made two wonderful mother's day cards! I love them both, can't say which one is better. I love how you add the Spellbinders together on card one and I really like the teddy's fur on card two. Great! Thanks for joining in our last SAV challenge!!!
