Couldn't Ask for a Sweeter Friend ~ Sweet November Stamps

There’s something so magical about fairies, and today’s card features two of the sweetest from Sweet November Stamps“Gracie Greenglade” and “Whimsy Heathersong.” 🧚‍♀️✨

I paired these adorable friends together to create a soft, whimsical scene that feels like it’s straight out of a storybook. To really set the mood, I used my Copic Airbrush System to build up a smooth, dreamy sky and soft grassy foreground. I love how the airbrushing creates that seamless blend of color—it makes the whole scene feel light and airy!

Both fairies were colored with Copic Markers, and I had so much fun bringing out their personalities with bright, cheerful colors. From their delicate wings to their sweet expressions, these images are just a joy to color.

To finish the card, I added a simple sentiment across the top—“I couldn’t ask for a sweeter friend”—which felt absolutely perfect for this design.

This card was sent off to one of my penpals, and I hope it brings a little extra magic and happiness to their day. 💛

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you feel inspired to create something whimsical today!

There’s just something about kids riding bikes through the neighborhood that instantly brings a smile to my face! Today’s card features the adorable new digital images from Sweet November Stamps“On the Go” series—meet Bicycle Connor and Jenny!

I paired these cuties with the Neighborhood Background Builder to create a cheerful suburban scene, full of colorful homes, winding sidewalks, and a perfect sunny day for a ride. I love how this background really helps tell a story and gives the characters a fun place to “live”!

All of the images were colored up with Copic Markers, and I had so much fun bringing in bright, playful colors—from the kids’ outfits to their bikes and all the houses in the background. It really adds to that carefree, happy vibe of riding around with friends.

“Life’s better on two wheels… especially on your birthday!”

🐰 Hoppy Easter Postage Pals Card 🐣 ~ Sweet November Stamps

With Easter just two weeks away, I couldn’t resist creating something extra sweet and full of springtime charm! Today’s card features the adorable “Postage Pals: Hoppy Easter” stamp set from Sweet November Stamps, and I had so much fun bringing these little critters to life.

I decided to lean into a fun postage collage design, creating a grid of mini “stamps” filled with bunnies, chicks, duckies, and even a cute little egg friend. Each scene feels like its own tiny story, which makes this card so playful and engaging!

To really sell that postage look, I paired the images with the fabulous “Year Round Post Marks” stamp set. The subtle stamped details layered over the background give it that authentic, vintage mail feel—such a perfect complement to the postage theme.

For the background, I went with a chalkboard-style look, using darker tones to really make the Copic-colored images pop. I love how the bright yellows, soft pastels, and fresh spring colors stand out against the deep background—it adds such a fun contrast and really highlights each little character.

All of the images were colored using Copic Markers, and I kept the palette light and cheerful to match the Easter vibe. Those tiny pops of color in the eggs and bows just make me smile!

To finish everything off, I added a simple sentiment—“Hippity Hoppity Happy Easter”—right across the center to tie all the little scenes together.

This card was such a joy to create, and I love how it feels like a collection of tiny Easter moments all in one place. Perfect for sending a little handmade happiness as we hop closer to the holiday!

Today I’m sharing a cheerful Easter card featuring the adorable Lila” from Sweet November Stamps. I couldn’t resist coloring her up with her sweet little basket full of Easter eggs as she enjoys a sunny Spring day!

To build my scene, I paired Lila with the cute little duckies from the Postage Pals: Hoppy Easter” stamp set. They look like they’re happily waddling along beside her on their own little Easter adventure. The sentiment Hippity Hoppity Happy Easter” was the perfect finishing touch for this bright and playful card.

This card was created for Craft Roulette Episode #309, and it was so fun incorporating all the challenge parameters:

  • Project: Mini Slimline Card

  • Colors: Jolly – I used bright, happy spring colors throughout the scene.

  • Element: In the KitchenLila’s basket of decorated Easter eggs felt like the perfect nod to all the egg decorating that happens in the kitchen around Easter time!

  • Random: Mask(s)/Masking – I used masking to build the little ducky scene around Lila and create a seamless background.

I colored all of the images with Copic Markers and finished the scene with a bright grassy field and soft sky background to really make the characters pop. I love how the playful ducks bring extra movement and charm to the scene.

Catherine Pooler Designs – A Purr-fect Thank You

Today I’m sharing a fun and colorful thank you card featuring some fabulous products from Catherine Pooler Designs!

For the background, I used the Flirty Blooms Layered Stencil, but instead of layering the entire stencil design, I chose to use just one layer to create this playful pattern. I blended Sweetheart and Mardi Gras inks to form the soft pink and teal background, which gives the card such a bright and happy feel.

To add a little extra sparkle and interest, I splattered Pixie Dust Shimmer over the Sweetheart ink areas only. The shimmer catches the light beautifully and gives the background a subtle magical touch.

Next, I stamped and added the three adorable cats using Mardi Gras ink. I love how their playful poses add personality and movement to the card while keeping the overall design light and fun.

For the sentiment, I used a greeting from the “3 Times the Thanks Sentiment” stamp set. I stamped it onto one of the labels from the “More Sentiment Banner Dies,” which creates the perfect focal point across the card.

This card came together with a simple design, a bit of sparkle, and a trio of sweet kitties to say thanks in the cutest way possible!

You can find all of these supplies over in the Catherine Pooler Designs shop.

Have a great rest of the week!

Today I’m sharing a sweet Easter card featuring the adorable “Egg Hunt” stamp set from Sweet November Stamps. This set is packed with Easter cuteness and includes three little girls, three little boys, two bunnies, and lots of fun scene-building elements—perfect for creating cheerful springtime cards.

For my card, I chose two of the little boys as they excitedly gather their colorful Easter eggs. I love how their playful poses bring the whole scene to life! I also added a few of the spring elements from the set along with one of the cute little bunnies to complete the egg hunt setting.

Everything was colored with Copic Markers, which helped create the bright spring grass and soft sky background for these little guys to explore. I kept the design clean and simple so the sweet scene could really shine.

The sentiment “Here comes the Easter Bunny” is also included in the Egg Hunt stamp set and felt like the perfect finishing touch.

This card was extra special because I sent it off to my two nephews for Easter. I thought these two little egg hunters suited them perfectly!

Petals & Purrs – Thank You Fur Everything

The brand new Petals & Purrs release from Catherine Pooler Designs is packed with adorable critters, cheerful florals, and fun patterns, and today I’m sharing a sweet thank-you card featuring the playful kitties from the Purr-fect Pals Stamp Set.

For this card I stamped three of the adorable kitty images and stamped them using a few of my favorite Catherine Pooler inks — Rockin’ Red, Mardi Gras, and Sweetheart. I love how each kitty has its own fun personality and pattern!

To ground the design, I added a strip of patterned paper from the Totally Bloomin' Patterned Paper Pack along the bottom of the card. The bold floral pattern adds such a cheerful pop of color and ties in perfectly with the playful theme of the card.

One of my favorite little details in the Purr-fect Pals set is the tiny star stamp. I scattered a few of those around the card with Tiara ink to create a fun little background that frames the sentiment and the jumping kitties.

The sentiment “Thank you fur everything” finishes the card perfectly and makes this a great design to send a little appreciation to someone special.

For today’s card I combined two of my favorite new products — the adorable kitties from the Purr-fect Pals Stamp & Die Set and the gorgeous Flirty Blooms Layering Stencil.

I started by creating the soft floral background using the Flirty Blooms Layering Stencil, blending Sweetheart ink to Rockin' Red ink Catherine Pooler inks for a sweet and cheerful look. I added a few splatters of the new Glitz Shimmer to give the background a little sparkle and shine.

Next, I stamped and die cut two of the playful kitties from the Purr-fect Pals set and popped them up on the card front. Their fun patterns and bright colors add so much personality to the design!

Rainbow Purrs ~ Catherine Pooler

The Petals & Purrs release from Catherine Pooler Designs is almost here!

One of my favorite things to do when crafting is create rainbow designs, and the adorable kitties from the Purr-fect Pals Stamp Set were just begging to be turned into a colorful parade of cats!

For this card, I stamped all three of the playful kitty images repeatedly across my panel and colored them using a rainbow of Catherine Pooler inks. I blended Tiara, Orange Twist, Rockin’ Red, Flirty Fuchsia, and Glam to create a bright gradient of happy, dancing kitties. The mix of patterns and poses really makes the background feel lively and full of personality.

Once the stamping was complete, I cut the panel using the Scallops & Dots Die, which adds such a sweet decorative edge to the card. To highlight the sentiment, I die cut a circle window from the stamped panel so the greeting could peek through the center.

The simple sentiment, “you’re pawsome,” fits perfectly with the playful kitty theme and lets the colorful background really shine.

This card was so much fun to make, and I love how the rainbow of kitties creates such a cheerful and energetic design!

Petals & Purrs Release – Sweet Kitty Thanks Card

The new Petals & Purrs release from Catherine Pooler Designs is full of adorable critters and beautiful florals, and today I’m sharing a sweet thank-you card featuring one of the kitties from the Purr-fect Pals Stamp Set.

To create the bright background, I used the gorgeous Flirty Blooms Layered Stencil and blended Tiara ink for those sunny yellow flowers. I added a few splatters of Pixie Dust Shimmer for a touch of sparkle that catches the light beautifully.

My adorable pink kitty was stamped from the Purr-fect Pals stamp set and cut out with the coordinating dies before being placed inside a stitched heart frame. I colored the kitty using Sweetheart ink to keep the soft pink theme going across the design.

For the sentiment, I combined the 3 Times the Thanks Stamp Set with the new More Sentiments Banner Dies, which create the perfect little stitched banner for greetings. The main panel was then matted with Sweetheart Cardstock to tie everything together.

To finish the card, I added a few light pink Party Reds Enamel Dots for dimension and a pop of shine.

Get Well Cookies from Dozer ~ Sweet November Stamps

Sometimes the sweetest way to wish someone well is with a few cookies… and today I’ve got the cutest delivery helper bringing them right to your door!

For this card I used Set One from the new “Get Well Cookies” digital series from Sweet November Stamps. This adorable set includes four themed cookies: the heartbeat heart cookie, the Rx card cookie, and the pill and capsule cookies. I thought it would be fun to use all four cookies on my card for a playful little get-well scene.

To deliver the treats, I enlisted the help of Dozer the English Bulldog, who looks more than happy to carry the prescription cookie right to someone who needs a little cheering up. His sweet expression makes him the perfect messenger for a thoughtful get well card.

To build the setting, I created a cozy indoor scene using the curtains from the “Christmas is Back: Background Builder” set, framing a window that looks out to a tree from the “Bominables Christmas Tree” set. Even though those images were originally designed for winter scenes, they work wonderfully here to create a simple window view behind Dozer.

All of the images were colored with Copic Markers, which helped bring lots of warmth and dimension to the bulldog, cookies, and background elements. The soft green curtains and the outdoor tree add a calm backdrop while keeping the focus on Dozer and his sweet cookie delivery.

This card would be perfect for sending a little encouragement to someone who’s feeling under the weather—because everything feels a little better when cookies (and a cute dog!) are involved.

Have a great weekend!
