Sweet November Stamps ~ Halloween Postage Pals

Halloween is right around the corner, and I couldn’t resist playing with the adorable new Halloween Postage Pals: Landscape clear stamp set from Sweet November Stamps. 🎃👻

This set is designed to pair perfectly with those trendy postage-style dies, and I just love how each little “window” can feature a fun trick-or-treater or spooky scene. For my card, I filled nearly every space with these cute characters all dressed up for Halloween!

To bring the background to life, I masked off the images and blended on a creamy orange combo of Distress Oxide inks. This created a warm and glowing backdrop that really makes the little costumes pop.

To accompany my trick-or-treaters, I added a few extra touches from the Front Porch Halloween Decor stamp set, including the “Boo” door hanger, the tiny black cat, and some fluttering bat silhouettes. These small details tie the whole card together and give it that perfect festive feel.

All of the brand-new Halloween and Fall releases are now available in the Sweet November Stamps  —be sure to check them out and scoop up your favorites!

Happy haunting and happy crafting! ✨🦇

Sweet November Stamps ~ Moon Dance Witchwees

Happy spooky season, friends! 🍂✨ Today I’m sharing a fun Halloween card featuring some of the brand-new Sweet November Stamps digital images. This release introduces the Moon Dance Witchwees series, which includes four little dancin’ witchwees along with the whimsical and spook-tacular Moon Dance Manor.

For my card, I chose to create a lively little scene using three of the Witchwees: Edwina, Sabina, and Tabitha. To bring the magic to life, I also added the Bubbling Cauldron and a few of the Spooky Trees for that extra eerie touch. Together they make such a fun backdrop for these playful little witches twirling, flying, and giggling the night away!

Everything is colored up with my Copic markers to add depth, movement, and those bright pops of festive color. I love how the cheerful witchwees really stand out against the moody trees and bubbling cauldron.

If you’d like to dance under the moonlight with these cuties, you can find all four Witchwees and the Moon Dance Manor right now in the Sweet November Stamps shop. 🧙‍♀️💫

Have a wonderful weekend!

Sweet November Stamps ~ Toil and Trouble

Today I’m sharing a magical card featuring the brand-new “Toil and Trouble” clear stamp from Sweet November Stamps! This little witch is just too cute to resist and was such a joy to color.

I began by stamping our mischievous witch and masking her off to work on the background. Using a mix of deep reds and pink Distress Oxide inks, I blended around the border of my card to create a rich, moody glow. To add a little spooky texture, I pressed a piece of cheesecloth into black paint and lightly stamped it across the panel, creating web-like patches. A few splashes of gold paint gave the background just the right magical shimmer.

Once my background was complete, I removed the mask and brought this cutie to life with my Copic Markers. Her vibrant green hair, purple dress, and bright red shoes really pop against the rich background, making her the star of the show.

The sentiment “Less Toil, More Trouble” was the perfect finishing touch for this playful Halloween card.

This was such a fun card to put together, and I can’t wait to keep creating with this whimsical set!

Happy Haunting!

Sweet November Stamps ~ Scarecrow in Training!

Today I’m sharing a fun Fall scene featuring the “Scarecrow in Training #1” digital stamp from Sweet November Stamps. These two happy pumpkins fellas are just too cute not to bring to life on a card!

To set the scene, I combined a few other Sweet November Stamps digital elements: the rustic fence from the “Scene Builder: Pumpkin Patch”, a few scattered pumpkins, and the tall golden cornstalks from the “Something to Crow About: Scene Builder” set. Together, they made the perfect cozy Autumn backdrop.

I had a ball coloring everything up with my Copic Markers, then went in with Polychromos Pencils to add those finer details and textures. I love how the soft sky, warm wooden fence, and bright orange pumpkins all came together for a cheerful harvest look.

This sweet scarecrow card was extra special because it was sent off to my SNS PenPal for September! ✉️💌 The monthly PenPal exchange is such a fun way to share handmade kindness and connect with fellow cardmakers in the Sweet November Stamps community.

If you haven’t joined the SNS PenPal program yet, I highly encourage you to check it out—you’ll make new friends and get to spread crafty joy all over the world.

Happy crafting, friends! 🍁✨

Chibitronics ~ Batter Up Birthday Card

Today I’m sharing a special birthday card I created for my baseball-loving nephew, who is turning 9 years old next month. Of course, I had to make it extra interactive and fun with some light-up elements using my favorite Chibitronics products!

Card Concept

The focal point of this card is the Power Poppy “Baseball Vignette” digital stamp, which features all the classic gear—a baseball glove, bats, and a ball. I colored everything up with Copic markers for a warm, realistic look and layered the image on a baseball-detailed stamped background. I wanted the card to feel nostalgic yet playful, just like a day at the ballpark.

Light-Up Surprise

Here’s where the fun comes in… ✨

  • I used the Animating White Blink LED Light Stickers along with the White LED Light Stickers from Chibitronics.

  • By pressing the small baseball inside the glove, the switch is activated and lights up the large baseball in the background.

  • As the baseball glows, it reveals the hidden word NINE—perfect for celebrating his 9th birthday in a unique way!

This interactive feature really makes the card special and adds that wow factor when he presses the baseball.

Finishing Touches

To keep the spotlight on the stamped image and the light-up reveal, I kept the sentiment simple with a bold “Happy Birthday” greeting. A bit of stitched edging frames the card nicely, giving it a finished, polished look.

Products Used

  • Stamps: Power Poppy “Baseball Vignette” (digital stamp)

  • Electronics: Chibitronics Animating White Blink LED Stickers & White LED Light Stickers

  • Circuit Build: Conductive Fabric Tape + battery holder

  • Mediums: Copic Markers for coloring

I can’t wait to see my nephew’s face light up (literally and figuratively!) when he presses the glove and reveals his special birthday surprise. Cards like this are why I love mixing papercrafting with Chibitronics—it takes a simple design to the next level and creates a memory they won’t forget!

Happy crafting, friends! ✨⚾

Sweet November Stamps ~ Autumn Wonder with the Fairwees

Today I’m sharing a magical autumn scene featuring the brand-new “Autumn Wonder Fairwees” clear stamp set from Sweet November Stamps!

These sweet little Fairwees are enjoying all the beauty that autumn has to offer—flying on their bird friend, sitting atop a mushroom, and surrounded by colorful falling leaves. All of the leaf images you see are included in this stamp set, making it perfect for building your own whimsical fall scenes.

To complete my card, I combined the Fairwees with the large mushroom image from the Harvest Wishes stamp set. I used my Copic airbrush to create that smooth, vibrant blue sky, while everything else is hand-colored with Copic Markers. I just love how it all came together to capture the magic of the season!

My Harvest Hop Cards 🌾

For today’s project, I created a rich Autumn card using the Sizzix “Pumpkin Duo” Dies and lots of inky layering!

  • I began with a piece of purple cardstock as my base. To add texture and depth, I stamped a damask print and then layered on a subtle knit effect using The Crafter’s Workshop “Knitted Stitching” stencil in shades of purple ink. This gave the background a warm and cozy look.

  • Next, I die cut the pumpkins from the Pumpkin Duo Dies using yellow and orange cardstock. I distressed them with a variety of Distress Oxide inksCarved Pumpkin, Wild Honey, Ripe Persimmon, Crackling Campfire, and Gathered Twigs—to create that rustic, dimensional shading we love on Fall gourds.

  • I added green cardstock stalks to the pumpkins and tucked them into my scene.

  • To bring in a leafy element, I die cut the Catherine Pooler Designs “Falling Foliage Dies” from green and yellow cardstock and distressed them with coordinating Distress Oxide inks for extra texture.

  • For a touch of whimsy, I stamped tiny stars from the Lavinia “Burst of Stars” stamp set in Black Soot ink.

  • Finally, I finished the card with a copper-embossed “Autumn Blessings” sentiment and some stitched edging for that handmade touch.

Here’s a closer look at my finished project:

Sweet November Stamps ~ Don't Worry... it's Just Zoe the Zombie!

Today I’m sharing a card featuring the fabulous “Zoe the Zombie” clear stamp set from Sweet November Stamps!

I had so much fun bringing Zoe to (un)life with some gorgeously gory Copic Marker colors. Her pale green skin, big red eyes, and those cool kicks make her the perfect mix of spooky and sweet. To set the stage, I created a distressed burgundy red background and framed her with an ornate gold foil die cut for that touch of eerie elegance.

And who doesn’t love that cheeky sentiment? “Don’t worry, they only want those with brains.” It’s the perfect finishing touch to this creepy-cute design.

The entire Fall and Halloween release is now available in the Sweet November Stamps shop—so be sure to grab Zoe and her friends to add a little frightful fun to your craft table this season! 🧟‍♀️✨

Hope you're having a great week!

Sweet November Stamps ~ A Little Magic & a Little Boo!

Today I’m sharing two fun cards featuring brand new Sweet November Stamps clear stamp sets from the latest release!

Magnus the Wizard

First up, we have the wise and wonderful Magnus the Wizard surrounded by his adorable owl companions. I created the entire woodland scene by hand and brought it to life using Copic Markers.

I just love how the glowing lantern and those sweet little owls give this magical wizard so much personality. And of course, the sentiment says it all – “Owl you need is a little magic.”

Bitty Boos

My second card features the spook-tacularly cute Bitty Boos clear stamp set! I decided to keep the ghosties light pink to give them a softer, whimsical look while creating a bold and vibrant pink background to really make them pop.

To add more fun details, I stamped the sentiment and placed it up on foam adhesive for extra dimension and used the tiny star stamp from the Halloween Room Add-On set to add little twinkles all around. These cheerful ghosties are sure to bring smiles instead of scares!

The entire new Sweet November Stamps release is available now in the shop—perfect for adding a little magic or a little boo to your next project!

Catherine Pooler ~ Better Be Good with Santa's Crew

Today I’m sharing a cheerful holiday card featuring the entire gang from the Catherine Pooler Designs “Santa’s Crew” stamp set! I couldn’t resist bringing together all five of the crew and critters—Santa, Mrs. Claus, the elf, and their reindeer friends—into one fun lineup. Aren’t they adorable under that sprig of mistletoe?

Each character was colored up with Copic Markers, giving them bright pops of color and plenty of personality. To keep the sentiment playful, I stamped “Better Be Good” in Mardi Gras ink, which adds just the right amount of festive punch.

To tie it all together, I added a strip of patterned paper from the North Pole paper pack. The colorful gift boxes bring extra holiday joy to the card front and make the sentiment stand out beautifully.

The “Night Before Christmas” collection is officially live in the Catherine Pooler shop, and all the products—including this adorable stamp set, coordinating dies, patterned papers, stencils, and more—are now available to order!  Don't forget about our new ink too... Sugarplum!

Catherine Pooler ~ No Peeking!

I’m back with another playful card featuring products from the brand-new Night Before Christmas Collection from Catherine Pooler Designs!

For this design, I couldn’t resist using the bright and festive plaid paper from the North Pole Paper Pack. It makes such a fun backdrop for holiday characters!

The little elf, Mrs. Claus, and all the ornaments are from the Santa’s Crew stamp set. I colored each of the images with Copic Markers to bring them to life with a cheerful holiday palette. To finish off the card, I added the “no peeking” sentiment, stamped on a die cut from the Sentiment Banner Dies.

Catherine Pooler ~ Ho Ho Ho from the North Pole

Today I’m excited to share a fun and festive card featuring goodies from the brand-new “Night Before Christmas” Collection from Catherine Pooler Designs!

For my design, I started with that adorable patterned paper from the North Pole paper pack. I die cut my panel using the Dots & Scallops Die for a finished edge, and then gave it a playful twist by trimming away about a third of the panel with the curvy Melon Edge Die—adding just the right amount of whimsy.

The focal point of my card is the cheerful wreath from the “Season’s Peekings” stamp set, complete with the happy little Santa from the “Santa’s Crew” stamp set. He’s popping out to say a big “HO HO HO”—I just love how joyful he looks!

To bring the wreath to life, I blended Pistachio and Mardi Gras inks for the holly leaves and stamped the berries with Do-si-do and Rouge inks. Santa was colored with Copic markers for a bright and classic look.

Catherine Pooler Designs ~ Rooftop Fun with Santa!

I’m so excited to be sharing a project from the brand new Night Before Christmas collection from Catherine Pooler Designs! This release is packed with whimsical Christmas images, festive patterned papers, playful stencils, and holiday-ready dies—everything you need to create cheerful cards this season.

For today’s card, I worked with the Season’s Peeking Bundle, which includes two stamp and die sets, coordinating thematic patterned paper, a fabulous airplane die, and even sparkly sequins to finish your projects with flair.

I featured the adorable reindeer and jolly Santa from the Santa’s Crew stamp set, cutting them out with the matching dies so they could really come to life on my card front. Santa looks ready to deliver gifts, popping out of the chimney! The chimney itself, along with the rooftop brick details, come from the Season’s Peekings stamp set. I used the chimney brick stamp in a fun way to create the illusion of a roofline.

For inks, I combined Samba, Black Jack, and Twilight to build the structure of the rooftop and chimney details. All of the characters were colored with Copic Markers to add extra warmth and personality. To give the whole scene that perfect frosty touch, I added some Cosmic Shimmer Fluffy Stuff, which puffs up beautifully when heat set to mimic snowy texture.

With this release, we have a brand new ink color too!  Meet Sugarplum!  Full ink pads, mini ink pads, refills and ink pad side labels will be available!

Sugarplum is the lightest shade in our Party Violet family. This pastel purple has a soft, dreamy vibe that feels like a sugar-coated confection. It’s lighter than Sixteen Candles and brings a gentle, whimsical touch to all your stamping projects.

This magical new release goes live in the CP shop on Wednesday, September 10th—you won’t want to miss it!  Don't forget, StampNation members get EARLY ORDERING!  Join today!

Have a great week all!
