Introducing… Peonies!

PowerPoppy_450px_Peonies

Thanks for joining us again today!  Today we have another amazing stamp set to share with you from Power Poppy called “Peonies”.  But before we get any farther, make sure you take a peek at Marcella's post today, click here!

Aren’t they amazing!?!  The beauty of digital stamps, like all of the stamp sets being revealed this month, are that they can be printed onto patterned paper, coloured within your computer photo editing software, resized to a larger or even smaller image.  The possibilities are endless with digital stamps!

Here’s a little close up of my peonies…

I printed them out on my laser printer (‘cuz I’m too impatient to wait for my inkjet ink to dry!) and then coloured them up using Copic Markers!  I just love the soft pink light that’s kissing them!

Now… hop on to the remainder of the Bloom Brigade and check out all of the lovely Peonies pazazz!

OMG love the shading on the flowers! You do magic with Copics. So realistic. Making a mental note on that as we speak :)

Oh, Ally, the shades in your peonies are amazing! I love the soft, subtle colors, and your card layout is fabulous with the border and dies in black...so striking... especially with the gingham ribbon (I so love B&W gingham!) Another beautiful inspiration, sweet friend! Hugs!

Oh, you ladies have out done yourselves this month with gorgeous cards by pouring out your incredible talents into these beautiful creations. Paying bills is too often the highlight of the first of the month for me, until power poppy came into existence. Now I look forward to seeing these beautiful images and being fully inspired to recreate. TFS

Allison, these are amazing the way you colored them! I have to just keep looking... Love your card design, too. I've heard you can watercolor when using a laser printer. Been thinking about getting one just for that. Oh, your shading just takes my breath away!
