Week 10: 12 Weeks of Holiday Cards Plus a GIVEAWAY!

Welcome to Week 10 of my 12 Weeks of Holiday CardsOnly 2 weeks left!

Each Wednesday until Christmas, I will be sharing with you a fun and simple holiday card fit for a quick assembly.  I will share tips, tricks and techniques along the way.  So join me...

Wrap it Up!

For this week, I challenge you to Wrap It Up!  Basically create a card where you make it look like a present.
Use some fun and festive holiday papers and then wrap them up in a bow... or my case, a bow stamp designed to match your colour scheme!  Don't forget to add a tag too!  Customize it for your recipient or just use a holiday sentiment. It's a simple as that!

If you are interested in my previous tips for holiday card making, check out my previous posts:

Now, on to the giveaway!

All you have to do to win is leave a comment below indicating what you love about making your own holiday cards.  Please ensure you leave your first name in your comments.  I will announce a winner of the stamp giveaway on next week's post.  Good luck!

Prize includes stamps from Flourishes: Holiday Topiaries & Mountain View.

Happy card creating everyone!

Your card is very pretty! What I love about making Christmas cards is the pretty Christmas paper lines that come out each year that are so much fun to create with! I also love to mail them to people that may/may not have received a handmade card from me throughout the year. Thanks, Kim

That's a BEAUTY! I love making my Holiday cards, a bunch of stamped ones of course, but then each year I make a Beach Photo card. Last year I took a photo of the lobster traps out in P'Town, they stack them like a tree and the caption read, What's Cooking For The Holidays? I have been doing this for years and years and everyone seems to like getting them. Fa La La La Send me your address and I will send you this year's. ;)

Love this bright, bold beauty! Delight choice of patterns and esp. the white trim around the bow! I love making Christmas cards because they are special, one of a kind and my family/friends enjoy them. I also like a change of pace and working w/lots of glitter!!

Your present card design is beautiful. Love the colors. Isn't it fun to see how many fun ways we can use that bow stamp?
