We are starting things off today with a super sweet new WINTER set from artist, Melissa Baker-Nguyen!! It's called.....Snowflake Kisses!
Check out the gorgeous sentiments in this set in a combination of lovely fonts! They can be used as the focal point of your creation, they can be used in combination with a coloured image, you can use them on the insides of your cards, on tags, on bags and lots more!! PLUS all the gorgeous SNOWFLAKE designs in so many sizes! Stamp them in coloured ink or emboss them... so beautiful!
For my first card, I went with a very non-traditional color scheme... a Salty Sea, Lovely Lagoon, Party Peach color palette!
For a subtle back ground, I used the new Brick Wall Stencil and light brushing of Party Peach ink. I took a little drop of Star Dust Stickles in the middle of most of the snowflakes for a little sparkle.
For my second card, I wanted some gold embossed snowflakes...
I also incorporated in our fun Perfect Plaid Stencil to this creation. I first used Ruby Red ink to ink up the paper, then I shifted my stencil just a bit and inked it up in Berry Bliss ink to make the above pattern. Super cool right?
